Goal: Make your team to be the top idol group in Japan.
There are 3 endings:
Bad: Fail almost everything (This is more likely to be your first playthrough )
Good: Made it into the special even but only got one award
True: Won all the awards, meaning be the most popular in all areas and beat the special audition
Japanese Heavy, if you want to follow around the story.
Play it and then you'll understand why Berserk has gotten into so many hiatus...lol

I like the Japanese voices as well, but I always thought the English voices in the BB games were exceptional enough that I stuck with them more than the JP option, I personally like both Hazama's English and Japanese voices in the past though, which saddens me that I won't be able to hear the old English actors for him in CP.
If there were any available samples, I'd share them, but like I said, I got the info from a friend who told me about the voice changes last night when he got the game, but we may be getting through YT links soon from generous people.
I hope the JVAs for Nu and Kokonoe didn't change. Did arcsys really change Hakumen's JVA? Thats a damn bummer.

Genshiken has OVAs. Pretty sure the grad ceremonies are there.
Genshiken 2 is season 2 for the 1st gen. Nidaime is when it's the new gen mostly consisting of the fujoshi's and Hato's sweet crossdressing.
