If you mix food dairy and drink (ie kirin butter and tanzania ale), you get an upset stomach.
When you hire hunters to go on a mission, or accept mission hired mission completions, while your in an upset stomach, you don't wave like usual.
Instead, you drop dead and then just lie there for the rest of the animation. Laughed my ass off at this.
