A broken signature is nothing major. If the file wasn't detected with heuristic scanning for known virus signatures or detected through suspicious activity, then you can ignore such warnings most of the time...
...especially for older drivers that were never properly updated for Windows Vista, 7, etc. What you have is just an old, unsigned driver most likely.
If you download something new (that is written for Vista/7) and a signature warning pops up, I might be concerned.

There is no definitive answer as it's impossible to tell the age of a drawing.
...the simple answer is NO, as most loli/shota hentai would never survive the Miller test and would be branded obscene.

If you are male, chances are high that your penis is much stronger than your moral character. No exception here. What the fuck does looking at boobies have to do with morals?
Frankly if I ever have children and they're *not* looking at porn in their teens, I better take them to a doctor. It's *unhealthy* not to have any interest in the opposite sex during puberty.
OK. You never know. One of them could turn out gay. (That way there'd be someone with *good* fashion sense in the family). So let me revise that:
It's *unhealthy* not to have any interest in *sex* during (and after) puberty.
What are we exactly protecting teens from, anyway?
Finding out how a vagina/penis looks? How's that immoral? They probably already know.
Having sex? As if they wouldn't do it anyway...
IMHO it's just puritan shame over having sex et all. Utter bullshit in other words.

Medieval Rambo sounds interesting. Can a tank that only requires one person count as a gun of choice? Rofl
I would also go with the Medieval Rambo.
I would hide my car and equipment in a cave and become a mercenary, gathering fame and fortune as the guy that speaks strange and wears a black cloak and yells "I'm a lead farmer mother fucker!" right before he pulls out two strange weapons from the cloak and kills everybody.
After I have gained enough skill and money I would recruit street children and train them with the modern weapons I had made with my computer. I would do this for years, sending my underlings out to do mercenary work and gaining even more wealth and eventually starting my own Hamlet defended with machine guns and electric solar powered fences. Only people with an IQ of 110 or higher would then be able to live in my Hamlet and every one there would receive education that would improve every day until it reaches the level of today.
Umm... sorry, but nope.
Do you have *any* idea how scary medieval knights were?
Those guys trained for warfare all their life. No, they were not stupid, hauling collections of plate... we're talking about the medieval equivalent of a main battle tank: strong, fast, practically invulnerable.
Sure you could kill them with ease if they came into range unaware ...once. They wouldn't make the same mistake twice.
Afterwards they'd starve you to death, killings your peons in the night, poisoning your wells scaring away whatever trade partners you've managed to secure.
Once again: medieval people were *not* stupid. We're talking about people with the equivalent training of having fought in several wars *and* being a West Point graduate. *Really* scary fuckers.

You may have to open up a firewall exception in windows for your upload error with the speed test. Depending on how fancy your modem is you may have to route some ports there as well. As far as speeds go I would call your ISP and ask if any work is being done on the lines near you. If this is persistent and not a recent event I would start complaining that I'm not getting what I'm paying for. Had this happen with my connection and I called comcast. Next day my speeds were 4 times what they were when I was seeing slow traffic. If your ISP says everything is working fine you may have to open ports for your torrent client. If that is the case go to http://portforward.com they have a very good tutorial on doing this. Solid advice, thank you.
I will give my ISP a call tomorrow if I wake up and the internet is still going haywire. I don't believe it has anything to do with firewalls though, normally my torrent speeds, game speeds, ext are maxing my allowed internet connection of 2mb.
Your ISP could be practicing traffic shaping - that is screwing with torrent traffic. Read this on how you can circumvent this:

Frankly I was going to go with Survivor Post-Apocalypse, because that would mean a lot of people with expertise needed to survive would still be alive. (Nuclear/bio war can't kill everyone... humans are too fare spread for that). Also there wouldn't be any paranormal, out of this world shit (zombies) or anything else that would just flat out own you (dinosaurs, aliens, etc).
By the way, skills! I don't know jack-shit about them! Hey you! Yeah! I'm talking to you, city dwellers just like me. Do you know how to fucking slaughter a pig? Harvest some crops? Not die within a year, for squandering your meager food supply? Though so... me neither.
Then I realized how bad that shit could be, how the most likely people to survive would be the religious nuts, and the radical right as these people have the numbers, the organization and willingness to kill any other fucker who dare 'look wrong. They're also intolerant, bigoted and irrational... so a they'd quickly put my white, suburban, commie ass out of commission.
So yeah... it could be good, but chances are it'd be pretty bad.
So what's the next best option?
The Medieval Rambo scenario. There'd be a functioning society out there, there'd be law and order... and frankly the medieval people were a lot more sophisticated and cultured then what we give them credit for.
Heck, actually I wouldn't even need a gun - that laptop right there is the more potent "weapon": a nine hundred years of knowledge, skills, technology all there to be transcribed and disseminated.
The most difficult thing would be learning the language (it's nothing like English today), then I'd have to ingratiate myself with the powers that be. Take small steps and focus on the practicalities rather than lofty ideals.

The entire world uses the fractional reserve system, and all international debt exists in a digital medium. We didn't go and borrow hard cash from the Chinese (among others) that we then converted into USD.
I'm well aware of this but it still has no relevance? OP is saying that debt is superficial.
It is *not* superficial. In fact, fractional reserve banking is at the heart of the problem. Worldwide debt exist because money is created through fractional reserve banking. The debt is not crucial *precisely* because it's not a natural consequence of capitalistic enterprise, but because money creation was privatized.
If the government could create money without interest on it, a lot of things would be different. Yes, inflation would still exist, but even with "expert, privatized" control it's still a problem contrary to all the propaganda that was used to push for private banking in the first place.

To determine whether or not torture is justified I believe the question should not be looked at from a moral standpoint, but instead from a utilitarian one in each specific case. If it prevents more pain than it inflicts it is justified, if not, then it isn't. The issue of whether or not torture is a reliable means of extracting genuine information is arguable, but I think the average person would release information about nearly anything under pressure of pain and/or death, unless of course the person in question is delusional in some way. You're not getting it. Once the torture starts you can no longer tell whether the subject is telling the truth or making stuff up. He will tell you everything... that's fine. What makes the method useless is that he will tell you *more*. Whatever comes to mind, whatever he think of to stop the pain.
Once again: torture as a form of interrogation is unreliable.
Get it into your thick skulls. Even the GRU, the STAZI, the KGB didn't use torture to extract information. They used it to break people's wills, to "re-educate" them, to make them admit to whatever crimes their conception trial required.
The most often quoted reason in favor of torture is that sometimes we need the intel right now... well torture won't help with that. It will even contaminate the suspect. The human mind has a great capability to manufacture delusions, and given enough abuse a subject will start to genuinely believe in things that never happened.
So get it into your thick skulls: Torture as a form of interrogation DOESN'T WORK.

Torture is unreliable. Period.
The FBI doesn't use torture.
The CIA doesn't use torture.
The NSA doesn't use torture.
...because they all know this.
It's only Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and their cronies who do.
Since the secret services weren't willing to compromise their *professional* integrity (trust me, these guys *would* shoot their mother if it protected Uncle Sam's interest, they'd have *NO MORAL QUALMS* about torture) by delivering false intel (WMDs in Iraq? Al-Queda in Iraq? Nope.) they turned to the military brass and told them: Get me the Intel I *want*, ou your ass is grass.
...so the brass did what they always do when faced with a problem:
They threw some soldiers at it!
Soldiers with *NO*, or just *days of* intel & interrogation training. So you have all these boys and girls with little training, lots of pressure from above to perform and get result, and *GET THEM NOW* and no control, no moral restraints.
...of course they went astray, especially when their higher ups commended them for crossing the line.

[size=20]Introduction[/h]
Your old life has been a lie: You were a designer baby raised for bucks, your parents sold you or you've been so much of a delinquent that you got an honorary "admission" into SCHOOL. You were 14... a couple of years have passed since then.
SCHOOL (Special Combat Habitat for Offensive Operation Liaisons) is a gated community in TOWN (the Tactical Ops and Warfare Nursery). It's a lawless place where the only adults are teachers, all of them certified psychopaths or major SOBs. Gangs, clans and cliques rule the majority of TOWN and everyone should have at least a party of close friends nearby to watch your back. You will stay here for four years.
If you thought that was a picnic, you haven't heard about the exams: every year, you have to complete some classes and get grades. Not your garden variety maths of literature class either (though you do have to finish their equivalent too!) ...but stuff like weapon's training, demolitions, infiltration... and phys-ed that makes marine boot-camp look like a stroll in the park. Failed courses mean being retained another year... drop-outs are "expelled"... (along with the contents of their brain).
...this is hell. The good news? You can cheat. The bad news? So is everyone else. Unless you're on the bounce your hard-won grades and meager savings (the better courses needed for graduation take an admittance fee!) will be quickly swept up by the competition. Bullying is deadly around these parts.
Schedule
Games are played every Saturday 14:00 CST / 20:00 GMT.

What is "harsher" than the death penalty, pray tell?Lifetime in prison, in my opinion.
I would have to agree, a lifetime in prison sounds much worse then falling asleep.
Bullshit. A lifetime sentence can be terminated and the man set free. You can never bring back the dead. The quality of life one has in prison can also vary a great deal depending on the country.
10 years is a long time, much less 20, 30 years. During that time you can file several pleas for a reduced sentence and you, yourself may change as well.
The only question in my mind is do we endanger anyone by "only" sentencing people to prison instead death? The answer is very-very rarely yes, for that very thin selection of clever sociopaths, who'll doubtlessly kill but are too clever to be prevented and too normal (beside their horrible urges) to be filtered out as criminally insane. They're the exception, not the norm.
Most of the time, the death sentence is nothing more than a tool for venal, hateful people to exercise their vengeance than serve justice.
But it's little surprise that death penalty would be so popular in a country rife with bigotry and self-righteousness as the USA.

A 66% increase is not the same as taking 66% of the profit. It means, corporate taxes are now 166% of what they used to be.
...and all in all I don't see what the tragedy is. Here's the kicker: a lot of companies *don't* pay taxes et all. Through careful shuffling of founds they make sure not to pay the coffers a damn cent.
Will this kill the building industry? I strongly disbelieve that, since buildings aren't raised just because the tax environment is good. They have to be built with a genuine demand paying for them.
In fact a lot of inane, or insane investments were made during the last housing bubble... all of those communities, whole towns are turning into a ghost towns now. The value of everything plummeted and there was nothing there in the first place.

In fact it might finally put enough money into the coffers, so that the state government can start spending it for infrastructure and other projects... all of which will mean jobs. A good infrastructure compels further investment even if the costs of operation are higher.

Checked out that Fate vid earlier today. A real interesting concept, though probably much more friendly to attribute-based veterans who want something more casual. I might see difficulty in amateur text-based RPers adapting to understand and bring the concept of numbers into their RP, but it's still intriguing nonetheless. The system is a toolbox. If you want more qualitative elements, then limit skills and play up Aspects. If you want even less number crunching than make aspects and Fate-points a mechanic of getting narrative powers first most instead rolls.
So instead rolling a dice (which most of the time has little influence in FATE since it's *heavily* weighted to +1/-1) players/posters can narrate a short sequence or assume an outcome based on their aspects. The GM or other players can "bet" for who gets narrative power by betting ever more fate-points (and invoking aspects).
This also gives an incentive to tag or compel the aspects of your own or other's characters since that gives fate-points.

You might try checking your power supply or the data connection to the motherboard. If your power supply is sending too much voltage to the hard drive it will significantly shorten its lifespan. It's probably less heard of but the motherboard can even be shorting it out. I bet you've been plugging each new drive into the same connectors. Test the power supply at a PC store or Best Buy if your desperate. I'd go with a small PC store, they often won't charge to do the test(Best Buy will always). If your handy with a multi-meter you could do this yourself. Measuring the voltage on a PSU's outlets is a start, but nowhere near enough.
The critical thing to look out for is whether the PSU holds its voltage under its nominal load. Cheap PSUs are notorious for not being capable of this and this can be only measure when the PSU is under load.
Thing you can do:
-Buy a good PSU, reviewed by these guys: http://www.jonnyguru.com/
Here's why I reccomed these guys: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/410
-Buy a UPS. This solves problems with the purity of your electric source and protects your PC from power surges.
-Buy an external hard-disk to periodically backup your data.
-Buy a RAID card (preferably hardware RAID if you have the money) and mirror (RAID 1) the contents of your hard-drive. So called "firmware" RAID (often availible through integrated chipsets on your motherboard) are also a solution but will use your main CPU for calculations.
a) RAID 1 creates 1:1 copy of your stuff, is fast but you can only use 50% of your available space. (Needs at least 2 hard drives).
b)RAID 5 divides drives to stripes, and calculates a parity stripe for each set of data stripes. You effectively loose one drive to this purpose, so use you can use about 66%-80% of your available space. (Needs at least 3 hard drives).
Unlike RAID 1, when an error occurs to restore your data you *must* put a new drive into the array and rebuild it. If a further drive error occurs during this process you may loose data. This is more likely than one's given to think, since if the drives are old enough to fail, chances are when one is in bad shape so are the others.
c) RAID 6 is a better alternative as it creates 2 parity stripes for each set of data-stripes, so it can recover even from (albeit a single) drive error during array rebuild. (Needs at least 4 hard drives).
