Uncircumcised penises scare girls in the United States, my friend had a girl freak out on him since she had no idea about uncircumcised penises and it pretty much killed the night / mood. Gettin cockblocked by your OWN DICK.Wow! That girl was such a ...pussy.
Uncut, never had problems with it... and frankly neither do most men. Actually as small child (up to 3-4 years old), you're *not* supposed to be able to pull it back. Afterwards the issue tends to solve itself on its own.
Even if you have trouble with it, fixing it is a minor surgical procedure... just don't be a limp dick that can't even gather the courage to talk to a doctor.
On the other hand, my frenulum was too short, so it broke when I started fapping... and it could've been fixed before hand by a simple surgical incision. Oh well... the end result was the same and I can claim to have fapped so hard, that I bled.

Don’t want to turn this into a debate about the mainstream media, and there are unreliable sources of news, but it’s not always the media that’s at fault. It’s also how people interpret what the media is saying and the “telephone effect” of people passing around information by word of mouth.I have not heard of any media outlet claiming that imported goods have been irradiated, only that some companies have slowed production a bit.
Not only that, but we are getting conflicted reports regarding just how many millisieverts per hour we are talking about where and at any given time. It isn't measuring up anywhere close to Chernobyl, but one has to wonder just how close it really is or is not.
You only have to worry about the intensity of radiation (measured in sieverts) if you're in the immediate vicinity (within the 10 km / 6 mile radius). Radiation can't travel far, it decreases with the square of the distance.
Instead one has to look out for is fallout: nuclear waste that travels in the air or as contamination on stuff. Thankfully so far, the reporting and handling of *that* issue at least has been more than satisfactory (thanks to the IAEA who takes this *really* seriously).
The bulk of the contamination released by Fukushima was nitrogen isotopes during scheduled blow-outs. These have half-life measured in seconds, too short to get anywhere (...and this is what the crew of a US chopper got caught by when they flew too close. The radiation dose was not high enough to be a concern, it's comparable to getting CT scanned). Next were iodine isotopes, these will decay within months.
The ocean near the plant also has greater iodine isotope level, since salt water was used to cool the reactors as a stop-gap measure. Experts agree that this should cause no long term issue, as the contamination will be too diluted.
(Even if its a thousand times greater than normal, it's still not grounds for concern. If I said there's a thousand times more snow than usually normal for the year, you'd just conclude it's winter. What reporters fail to do, is put these reading into perspective - yes isotope levels have to be monitored, and fishing suspended, but that's it. It won't cause damage if those measures are taken).
The greatest concern are cesium isotopes, as some of these have half live measured in years and will require careful monitoring. Thankfully this kind of contamination was also low. When dealing with contaminants one also has to take into account that the bigger area they're spread over, the less effect they have...
...so any contaminants that actually reach anywhere outside Fukushima won't be at dangerous levels anymore. The fact we can detect it et all in Europe and the USA is a testament to the high-sensitivity of modern instruments, rather than the severity of the incident.

Uh... people? You realize there's like all kinds of screening for stuff coming from Japan? At customs?
...that to be contaminated the stuff would have to have been left in the *direct vicinity* of the Dai Ichi powerplant for *weeks*.
...then some crazy fuck would have had to go in and collect the stuff and sell it.
I don't see how that could happen.
So for fuck's sake, read up on the issue - turn of your TV, your radio, your favorite blogger... they're all asshats who can't distinguish between a sievert and half-life - and stop being so raging stupid.
Start here:
http://www.iaea.org/
The situation in Fukushima sucks. The ocean in the immediate vicinity is contaminated - this will quickly be fixed on its own as soon as closed circuit cooling is restored, the ocean's vast, the contaminants few - and so are the actual power-plant facilities.
Thankfully actual radiation is manageable.... really sucks for those 10 000 people who just had to up and relocate though. (It'll likely be a whole year before they can safely move back in).
Food stuff and fish will have to be monitored in the area for months, maybe years, but if regulations are followed, the population as a whole will get away scott free.... not bad when you had a disaster 10 times worse than what the facilities had been designed for. (Though TEPCO management deserves to have their nuts squeezed, for their ineptitude and cover my ass idiocy that made the situation worse).

Once again people started clamoring for austerity (cutting spendings!), or bemoaning the stupidity of people/governments since they "just had to go into debt"...
...yet not a single person mentioned fractional reserve banking so far.
The only reason why the whole world - yes, read it again, the whole world - is in debt is thanks to fractional reserve banking.
Actually what's in IOUSA is accurate. The USA is in deep shit, since it has a demographic crisis, excessive spending, living off loans and free trade has destroyed its own economy as every production was moved to shit-holes in the world where labor laws don't exist.
However that's not sufficient to explain why things are so bad. Why did the USA go into debt? I've already given one answer: Fractional reserve banking results in exponentially growing worldwide debt.
The other answer is less complex, but more chilling: Greed.
Not of average Joes. Not of people living beyond their means... but Wall Street execs, CEOs, the modern day robber barons of the world.

Is there anything that interest's you about the universe? If so please share. Many things interest me about outer space for starter's, i always had interest's in the planet Neptune.I alway's wondered why is that planet is blue? also
1)Is there a end to the universe or does it go on forever? Yes and no. The big bang was the only isotherm expansion known to us, however there was "nothing" to expand into.
The closest analogy one can bring is how a 2D creature living on the surface of an expanding balloon would perceive his world. Everything would seem fly off into the distance, the whole world would grow, but if the creature kept walking it could end up where is started.
The same is said to be true of our universe, except in 3D. (So the universe if finite, but it doesn't have an edge).
2)If God gave life on earth did God also give life on other planet's too?
The scientific method can't be applied to God as its implied he exists outside the system. I'm an atheist, so I could go into more debates, but it would be pointless on this issue. The gist is don't bring religion into science as you'll only get a giant "does not compute".
3)Where do those black hole's lead to?
Black-holes aren't holes. They're stars who's mass is concentrated enough to create a massive gravity in their close vicinity, strong enough that even light can't escape. (Actually the black-hole's mass is less then the star that spawned it).
All the theories about, wormholes, alternate universes, etc. have to do with the fact that at such energy densities our current understanding of physics is really iffy. This phenomenon is sometimes also called a singularity.
So, no we can't say with certainty - or with a reasonable level of certainty - that blackholes would lead to anywhere.
4)Do you think there are other life forms out there?
Definitely... or very likely. If one does the math it seems highly improbable that life didn't evolve anywhere else. Intelligence though... that's not so easy as we don't understand intelligence enough to know for sure that it would arise.
5)How about those rumor's with giant meteor's and black hole's they say that can destroy earth or bring it to another dimension or something like that?
See question 3. Impossible with a meteor (it's just a big rock, no special energy levels about it)... and very unlikely with a black hole. If it was a super-massive black hole (like which are found at the center of galaxies) it may be possible for something to enter it without getting spaghettized, as its massive size ensures a lot more gradular increase in gravity... still there's no assurance it would lead anywhere.
6)How about that other theory that says that the earth is getting closer to the sun?
This one actually doesn't surprise me and I find the likeliest of all the things you asked about. However I doubt the decay could have any significant value as the Sun's too far away for its atmosphere to induce sufficient drag.
(Our satellites don't orbit in perfect vacuum. There's no hard limit to the atmosphere, so especially in low earth orbit, there's still significant drag that could result in de-orbiting when it has accumulated over the years).
Another source of decay in orbit could be tidal forces by other planets, however no other body in the solar system is close enough to affect such change.
(The Moon is, but since it's orbiting the Earth and the Earth-Moon system orbits the sun, the sum of their orbital velocity around the Sun won't change... however the tidal drag by the Moon does slow the Earth's rotation).
Finally there's orbital decay induced by gravitational radiation. However the Earth (and the Sun's!!!) mass is too small for this effect to be noticeable.
So all in all I can say that Earth orbit is stable - ie. it should last long enough to be around when even the Sun goes nova.

Before disassembling the laptop to any degree you should try this:
1. Power-off the laptop. (Do a complete shut down, not hibernate or sleep).
2. Turn it on. As it boots keep pressing F2. (This will bring up the BIOS menu).
3. Check if your integrated Network/Wifi card has been disabled in the BIOS menu.
4. ...you might be able to find out the manufacturer/type of your Network/Wifi card straight from BIOS.

a) Get Ubuntu/KUbuntu. If you've never used Linux before you'll swear a lot as you'll actually have to *learn* stuff. You'll at least have an OS (for "free").
b) Do what you want cause a pirate is free! You are a pirate! - if your desktop has a sticker with your windows license (and SERIAL!!!) on it, you should be install the OS with that serial just fine.
c) Boot from a live CD/DVD. Use a 3rd paty software to undelete stuff. (You'll need a spare/external hard drive or another partition on your original HD to do this safely).

Here is the SP3 patch if your Windows XP is English:

You should also download Process Explorer and actually check what is running (using svchost to load it dll-s) that uses up your CPU. (Right click svchost.exe --> Properties / Services) Tell us the name of the service /dll that's using the svchost.exe instance that uses up your CPU.

We should improve space-flight and terra-forming and look for other planets to colonize. Engineering mouse sperm can wait a couple hundred years, in my opinion. We likely won't have the technology or resources to go to another solar system for centuries. (Please look up what a joint to Alpha Centaury would take... that's spitting distance on interstellar scale BTW).
...also, as long as we're humans we're unlikely to survive the journey (either dying from radiation or sheer old age).
So engineering mouse sperm and cracking the human genome is very much a must, so humans can adapt to different environments and survive. Colonizing the bottom of the sea and the less hospitable portions of the planet could be a start.
...moving into space is a long way off and we won't be able to do so until our bodies have been engineered for it either way.

So much possessive rage! I hope that you guys realize that trust issues are a two way street and if you demand that level of "ownership" (...or fidelity?) from your girl, you better be just as "straight" yourself.
For me, it'd depend on whether my partner at the time would be fine with that sort of openness. I'm tempted to say yes, we'd try it, however you never know what you end up it... for all my acclaimed liberal ways, having to share my significant other may break my heart.
On the flip-side though it could also be the true test love. If one could bear to put up with literally having the sexuality of your partner "taken" from you - that part of your love, that you though was "yours" - and still remain emotionally attached, then maybe you have something genuine going on.
Something beyond mere physical attraction or lust.
What I wrote here also applies.

I hope that with this we can get iPhones. What is it about Apple products that makes even otherwise level headed and rational people rush off in a hurry, even willing to sell their soul for the next gizmo?
They have very nice functional designs & ergonomics, but I don't understand all the hype. It's still just a damn phone... or a PDA with a big touchscreen... or an OS that's for once based on a tried and tested architecture (UNIX) married to a good GUI & UI scheme (OSX).
They're nice, but neither revolutionary or *all around* better then the competition in the same price bracket. Once again Apple products have really good ergonomics... but have problems of their own just like everything else.
Apparently Mac's are a religion...

IMHO opinion this is how things are:
1. On Windows XP, SP3 is a must. Not upgrading is asking for trouble as an XP SP2 computer will have unpatched vulnerabilities.
2. To use Windows 7 or Windows XP? What you should ask is whether you have enough money to pay for Windows 7 or whether there are any Windows 7 features you'd really need. If yes, go ahead and buy, if not, stick with xp.
3. The real question though is whether you want to stick with 32-bit or move to a 64-bit OS:
a) If you run a lot of old 16-bit programs, stick with 32-bit as 64-bit can't run them anymore (that's because processor today can't run in 3 modes at once, only 2. It's either 16-bit/32-bit or 32-bit/64-bit).
b) If you play a lot of old games, you might wish to stick with 32-bit as a lot of early windows games used 16-bit installers.
c) If you badly need more memory (editing video, big pictures, editing sound with complex filters, etc.) then switch to 64-bit, as 32-bit systems are limited to 4 GiBytes of total memory. - From what you wrote, this seems to be the case with you.
Note: Shared address space means that even your video-card will eat into this 4 GiByte limit and so will other devices with addressed memory... that's why I only have 3.25 GiBytes from my 4 GiBytes of memory on Windows XP 32-bit.
So to take full advantage of even 4 GiBytes of memory you'll need a 64-bit OS.
PS.: As to your question of RAM - whichever is cheaper.
