well, just to inform you, I'm quite a responsible smoker. I rarely smoke in public places, and if ever, I try to find a suitable spot where no one could ever inhale the smoke that's coming from my cigarette. 8)
Don't treat us smokers one and the same. And in case you encounter one and is bothered by him/her, you can always talk to that person... or maybe, you could just resort to your wonderful idea. :lol:

And I hope you're not thinking that I'm generalizing smokers, like I said I don't mind people smoking and have friends that smoke and some of them say something like the one you wrote 'if it kills only me I don't care' while smoking next to me in which case I had to mention they're actually 'killing me too' continued with the passive smoking story and they pretty much understand though some of them forget about it in which I have to tell it again or just move myself away from them 8)
Oh yeah I don't think I will smoke even if I try I always sneezes when I smell cigarette smokes. The sneezes also works to get some smoker away from me but sadly I can't stop sneezing when that happens so instead I'm the one who goes away to the toilet most of the time...

The art that the OP posted if I'm not mistaken is something called 'inflating' that 'inflates' popular anime characters making them look really fat or very very very very fat. I always wonder why these kind of artist enjoy doing it. Its very distasteful in my opinion...
