To the asshole who -reps me for bumping a guide that took quite a while to write and may be useful: thank you. You prove that the human race isn't worth the air it consumes each year. Thank you, you're affirming my misanthropy.
To the one who +rep-ed me: Thank you, but you don't really have to fight these guys. Rep is just another e-penis, nothing of real importance. I hope the guide gave you some useful information.

Well what do you think is better? As a base browser? Chrome.

Firefox hardly ever crashes for me. OTOH YMMV, since it's almost always flash that crashes Fox. They're about to solve that though, so soon enough it will be on par with Chrome stability wise.Solve? Flash? Hahahaahaha. Adobe doesn't even care about Flash.
I meant that Flash will be further isolated. It will keep crashing but the rest of the browser (your other tabs and what not) won't care.

I do plan to have a session tomorrow not sure if Mr.H will be able to attend or not and to everyone who hasn't noticed yet audio joined the military so he will more than likely no longer attendjust a side note might be a few minutes late I haven't been doing much sleeping so I am pretty much a zombie atm so I am going to crash out but I will set my alarm just may take a few to drag myself to the computer
Audio also wrote that he has "nothing to do" 'til the 1st of June, (that's when they ship him off to basic) so he *might* turn up for a session or two.

All of those so called given rights mean absolutely dick when someone manages to get ahold of weapons/explosives they shouldn't.Does that mean it's right to have the no-fly list and all that jazz?
Not necessarily, but at the very least, it makes some people feel like we actually have decent control over some of the shit that happens in the country.
Complain all you like, but there are always going to be lists just like this one. Rights can't save you from death. But a watchdog group, may be able to.
BULLSHIT. This list won't protect anyone. Those in the know, those with at least an ounce of real knowledge about security have been saying so for years.

Never played WoW either. Was hooked on Diablo 2 for a while but even that passed within a week. Heck if I had no life I'd probably try EVE since it has some good PvP conspiracies going on.

IMHO the left-right spectrum is WAAAAAY outdated. There are so many different parties or ideals on the same side of the spectrum that it's no longer a true measure of what you believe in.
Personally I prefer the Pournelle chart:

I'm Centrist, somewhere between Welfare Liberals and Libertarians as far as my economic principles go, however in human liberties and social security I'm a bit more socialist.
I value justice over freedom, as in each person has an inherent right for living decently (health-care, education, food, etc.) and through *some* means (not necessarily state intervention, more like regulation) the state and the people have a responsibility to maintain this net. You don't have an inherent right for luxury, you don't have an inherent right for wealth and prosperity. The later two will have to come through your own effort. A just society regulates the market - keeping it free - so that you have a chance to do so.

Here is a question toe the Pro-Life party:
Since there will be a bunch of unwanted children in the country thanks to anti-abortion regulation, how much are you willing to pay to have them fed, educated and raised?
The dismal thing is, most of these Christian conservatives while stoutly proclaiming and demanding anti-abortion regulation are unwilling to spend so much as a cent on the children themselves.
That's neocon through and through: protect the unborn, kill the living.

You could still kill them all. Hell, I can think of an easy way for a 1st level wizard to do it.Yes, but that is more complicated and my spell list is not as big as a wizards. Also...rust monsters that can think? They must be pissed that they can't use tools.
Ceramics, bones and obsidian. They just need to use different materials.

I'm tired of all those American idiots getting killed by their cars because they can't do a simple thing:
1. Hit the brakes! Even with the engine running you should be able to brake it to a standstill. Don't be gentle about it though since that way you'll grind the brake surface to a polished mirrored. Hit it hard and keep pushing!
2. Put the gear in neutral! Without a gear connection the motor can't push the car.
3. Switch off the engine...
...and in case you have a model that came with a fucking clutch: Push the clutch!...you're coasting.
Here's calm and collected version you can show to your mom:

You could just destroy the evidence. smash the hard drive with a hammer (its harder then you might expect though, they don't call it hard for nothing), then toss it in a river.lmao, i did that a while back. when i was younger i downloaded a ton of fucked up shit, including a fair bit of underage (hey i was underage too, i was simply looking for porn in my own age group). then when i turned 18 i realized i could totally be arrested for it. in a fit of serious paranoia i disposed of said hard drive in said fashion. of course i no longer download that stuff now. underage, not loli. as far as im aware, loli is legal in US. i hope it is...
To destroy a hard drive what you need to use is a magnet...
...preferably the one on the hard-drive itself, to a damn strong magnetron (in a microwave) will do in a pinch.
A hammer's no good. I know that several people were convicted over bits and pieces of data recovered from a physically damaged, but unerased hard drive.
There's a well known data-recovery firm Kürt Inc. that published stories on how they could prove the owner of the smashed (by an industrial press!) hard drive was trying to counterfeit money.
dont forget the part where i tossed it in a river.
Still no good. The parts in a hard drive are chemically inert and won't react with water. Also being totally submerged will slow rusting.
@Doswill Rule: that's why I mentioned that you can make a false partition in Truecrypt and show that to authorities. However never ever rely on the good will of the authorities or your own perceived "unimportance". Everyone makes a "good example", if prosecuted you could be brought down for various reasons - and whole lot of them would have almost nothing to do with your person.
(Putting a "pedophile" behind bars and being tough on them looks stellar in a law-enforcement/judicial resume. No one bothers with the small print that you were just looking at erotic comics/cartoons).

Yes the church decided to get together with a group of mangakas and transcribe the bible into manga form.I'm pretty sure you meant the New Testament.
Anyway this is relevant to this thread:

The Great Bible Discovery series of books, (originally published as Découvrir la Bible in 1983) are a comic adaptation of the Bible (including the Old Testament) by various Italian comic artists (including the legendary Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri).
I love this series as it was the first mature (drawn) adaptation of the Bible I ever came across and I've yet to find anything that compares.

<Sigh>...so many fucking assholes...
...who don't know shit about computing. This used to happen a lot back when we used DOS. There were millions of programs out there that could "undelete" stuff as a normal delete operation only removes the FAT entry and marks the area as unused. It doesn't actually touch the data.
Try this: http://ntfsundelete.com/
[size=10]When you delete a file, its content physically remains intact on the media, but the occupied space becomes marked as free. Next file saved to the disk may overwrite the contents of the deleted file.
It is very important to make sure that no application writes to the drive or partition where deleted file is located since every new file (even a small one) may overwrite the deleted file.
Tips. What you should do, when you realized that the file you need is deleted:
1. Do not open or close files and applications.
Many applications create temporary files which may overwrite and corrupt your deleted files.
2. Depending on your system configuration, you should perform one of the following actions:
1.
If deleted files were located on the system disk (usually disk "C:"), or if you have only one logical disk in the system, you should not install any software into the system since it will most likely overwrite your deleted file.
We provide an ISO image with NTFS Undelete. You will have to use another computer to burn that image to a CD or DVD. Then just run NTFS Undelete directly from CD.
2.
If your deleted files are not located on the system disk, then you can use NTFS Undelete Windows Installer to install the software as usual.
3. Run NTFS Undelete application and locate deleted file you'd like to restore.
4. Always recover files to another disk or partition. Do not recover files to the same partition they were located, otherwise files you are recovering may get corrupted and unrecoverable.
5. That's it, now you have your files back!

H&K is overpriced. Just get a run of the mill wonder-nine. Doesn't matter which model from which manufacturer. Personally I prefer the CZ-75 but recently their price has started to rise thanks to demand.
