Actually you can build system a lot cheaper...
...it just doesn't make sense in the long run as you won't be able to upgrade it and will be forced to invest more.

Big News people: if you die by taking the vaccine, you would most likely (or more like; surely) die from getting the sickness the vaccine protects against. =D
Correction: whatever symptoms a vaccines causes are likely more minor than what the illness would cause. Furthermore if you show a reaction to a vaccine the doctors can immediately use targeted treatment on you so you'll likely never develop complications...
...not getting vaccinated and getting infected will be inevitably worse especially since the doctors will first have to diagnose your illness and that leaves time for the ailment to worsen and complications to arise.

Tell us about it! After World War I, Hungary lost 2/3 of its territory by the treaty of Trianon.
Since "Great Hungary" was ethnically very diverse, but with distinct areas of ethnic homogeneity it would have made sense to cut the big "empire" up along those lines.
Well, that didn't happen. One almost gets the idea that the main aim was to intentionally cripple the economy and infrastructure of the area.
A whole lot of Hungarians ended up over the other side of the border. Not some minorities, but millions of people. 3.3 out of 10.7 million ethnic Hungarians, were stranded on the other side of the border. This resulted in a quite idiosyncratic aims and behavior during World War II on our part.

There is even a joke about how the declaring war on the United States of America went down.
The Hungarian ambassador goes to the White House to state the country's intention.
- Mr. President, I hereby state that the Kingdom of Hungary has declared was on the USA.
- I see. I presume Hungary has a king?
- No Mr. President, Hungary has a governor.
- ...ah, and who happens to be the governor?
- The regent of the Kingdom of Hungary is Rear Admiral Miklós Horthy.
- Admiral, so Hungary has a sea?
- It doesn't.
- ..aham...So what are your territorial demands?
- Transylvania, Upped Hungary and Vojvodina.
- Who holds jurisdiction over these areas?
- Romania, Slovakia and Serbia.
- I presume then these are your enemies?
- No, Mr. President. These are our allies.

Taken from the very report you posted:
"The Gardasil safety review assessed the following adverse events: local injection site reactions, syncope, dizziness, and nausea, headaches, hypersensitivity reactions, such as rashes, hives, itching, anaphylaxis, Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), transverse myelitis, motor neuron disease, venous thromboembolic events (VTEs), pancreatitis, autoimmune disorders, pregnancy, and deaths. All of these events are included in Gardasil’s labeling. In VAERS, a higher proportion of Gardasil reports were of syncope and VTEs compared with other vaccines. However, none of the adverse events in the safety review, including syncope and VTEs, were reported at rates (number of adverse events/number of doses distributed) greater than expected in a population of this age and gender and with other known contributing factors to these adverse events."
Get your head out of "alternative medicine" journals and read up on what are the prime sources of poisoning in our lives (toxic, bacteriological or other).

Do the quad-core processors have a bigger bump over dual-core's yet? Last I read (maybe two years ago, a long time for computer parts but still not long enough to see quantum leaps) the performance difference was negligible.Since hardly anything uses more than 2 cores that answer is still no.
However regardless what some idiots say, L2 cache really matters. There is a reason why models with more are that much more expensive.

While the Japanese attitude of outright *ignoring* war crimes committed by Japan (bio warfare, rape of Nanking, etc). I also find the American approach really tiring as it's often told in a narrative that tries to depict WW II as some sort of fight between good and evil...
...which is bullshit. As David Gerrold adlibs through a history teacher in his War on the Chtorr books, a good history book merely tells the accurate passage of events and back it up with data. Bad books try to explain everything in an agenda laden narrative and rob you of your chance to learn what really happened.
World War II is both the story as told in Japan and Europe - a massive reaction to the injustices of the peace treaties of WW I, military maneuvering, battles and campaigns - as well as a political history of the all-out prelevance of populist ideologies the hate laden self-flagellating madness of masses as well as a history of atrocities.
Giving this a moralizing narrative can only mask and distort this very complex and layered picture.
...and is also a convenient, in that it can cover up the war crimes of the Allies (there were) and also paint that generation in a lot better light then they deserve. The whole era as a whole was a lot more xenophobic and less tolerant. Read the memoirs of Churchill and Roosevelt and you'll realize that by our current standards these were not nice people.
While the Nazi party became the new standard to horror and oppression of the 20th century, when we finally leave such dramatics behind, it can be pointed out their atrocities are no more terrible than what has already been done in Medieval or Ancient times by various cultures - albeit their "efficiency" was horrifically greater thanks to advances in technology.
Finally the Good-vs-Evil dualistic approach robs us of the most important lesson to be learned: that the Nazi party was nothing special. Each and every society has within it the capability to turn itself into a hate machine that perverts the very fabric of our life.

Actually the whole point of buying a more expensive motherboard is to have the ability to upgrade your CPU later on. So I wouldn't buy a top of the line CPU I'd wait until its price drops into my budget (which will happen as new models take the spotlight).

Right now is not exactly the best moment to buy a system as both AMD and Intel are running out new processors which use new sockets and it's not sure which platforms going to be the better choice.
I prefer Intel processors as they have (at the moment) a greater range of products on the market and they're less finicky.
EDIT: I better reword this part to clarify what I want to say. As is, I *wouldn't* build an AMD-based PC since the CPU slot is at the end of its life. The Phenom is the last processor to support this slot. AMD is very competitive in the low-midrange, so for sheer budget it seems like the good choice. However if you plan ahead you'll see that with Intel a whole range of (currently) high-end CPUs will fall into your budget within a couple of years. With AMD there will be no new CPUs availible for you, other than the Phenom.
IMHO there are two options for you (if you go Intel):
1. Buy a *good* LGA 1156 motherboard (pricey!) but you're bound to be able to upgrade it for quite a while. The only part that you should never buy cheap is the motherboard. It's not so much a choosing the right brand (Asus, MSI, Gigabyte) but willing to pay for a high-end model. Doing so ensures that the board will serve you for 4-5 years. (I've used good motherboards for close to 10 years, upgrading the CPU and video-card several times).
If you do this you'll also have to shell out the money for at least a Core i5.
All in all this will be a modern system that should serve you for 4 years.
(You should be able to run most stuff at high settings).
This is expensive, but this system life should be extendable to 8-10 years with upgrades. (In the end it will only be a mediocre system *with* upgraded, but the upgrades will be a lot cheaper).
2. Buy a *good* LGA 775 motherboard. This is already obsolete technology, but this time I think you'd well off if you bought a middle-range model. The good thing about this choice is that as people switch to LGA 1146 there'll be a lot of used high-end LGA 775 cpus to be had for cheap.
For this one I'd buy a cheap budget CPU (E5200, E5300, E7200, E7300) and upgrade when the high end CPUs become cheaper.
This configuration will be about 1/2-2/3 of the LGA 1156 one, however you'll only able to extend its life (that is make it run stuff at least on medium settings) for 3-5 years.
In either case I'd buy a middle range ATI video card. Sadly NVIDIA really dropped the ball lately and the equivalent ATI cards not only use less power but are cheaper to boot. (It almost never makes sense to buy high-end cards. You're a lot better off selling your card and buying a new one as prices drop).

The installation interface is extremely easy to follow, even if someone has no previous experience, I'm sure they'd be able to do it. Just remember to boot off of the DVD.
Not recommended. NOT recommended. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Never EVER install anything onto a partition before you have your data backed up. EVER.
I've had several windows updates hang on me and they can take several hours - all the while a single power failure can doom the whole thing or your mom switching it off (to conserve power, it happened to me) can do the same.

I've been using Azureus for ages and kept using it when it changed its name to Vuze. It also has some features you don't find in regular clients like distributed tracking that can revive and otherwise dead (or restricted) torrent.

www.pbs.org -- Well, first, when you deregulate or never regulate, mortgage bankers were never regulated, you effectively have decriminalized that industry, because only the regulators can serve as the sherpas, that the FBI and the prosecutors need to be able to understand and prosecute these kind of complex frauds. They can do one or two or maybe three on their own, but when an entire industry is beset by wide scale fraud, you have to have the regulators. And the regulators were the problem. They became a self-fulfilling prophecy of failure, because they, President Bush appointed people who hated regulation.
So summed up: without anyone watching over their shoulder and all regulators in their pocket Wall Street turned bandit, selling us snake oil and robbing us blind.

No. The original plan called for removing Saddam Hussein since he assisted in the creation and amassing of WMDs and finding and neutralizing said WMDs.
Turned out to be false. Saddam was executed anyway for war crimes. Crimes he did commit, but under which several other US backed dictators could have been executed.
Then instead appointing a new governor or just letting the locals handle politics on their own, the US forced a puppet of their own choosing onto the Iraqis and proceeded to economically rape the country.
Right now Iraq is on the verge of falling apart and there are several factions fighting for power and mortality rates have rocketed through the roof. Their economy is still in the death-grip of a foreign power and capital is being pumped out at hyper speeds.
You can speak about all the hearts and minds or other humanitarian efforts the GIs do - which they indeed *do* - in the end you gotta agree that the locals got the short end of the stick and it's the US' fault. Getting to put a mark next to a corrupt politician on a paper doesn't seem like a fair trade...
Democracy takes a lot more than merely voting. It takes civic tradition and the ability of the people to support themselves, not to depend on local lords or gangsters for protection (from the warlords themselves!) and finally the ability to identify with the representatives they're to vote for... and more importantly the representative has to actually do something for his electorate.
A lot of that is missing in Iraq. While the trappings and formalities of democracy was established its a hollow construct with no solid matter inside, built on quicksand that will swallow it whole once the US pulls out.
These issues are not insurmountable, but they got a whole lot worse since the US started. As is it will definitely take years to get anywhere as the war turned into CIW, and CIW can take decades to work even if it's well done. However as far as I'm aware most of the armed forces and especially the political will behind them is in denial. Petraeus finally implemented some CIW policies but the establishment has yet to realize what those mean and catch up with it.
CIW is not warfare. It's policing, it's hardcore propaganda, doing it good actually requires anti-democratic measures and a hard stomach for you're bound to do nasty stuff.

In California, a man was going to be involuntarily committed to a mental hospital as the prosecutors thought he was a significant risk of re-offending. One of their critical pieces of evidence was that many parents had seen him drive by a playground on his way to work, and slow his car way down as he passed. The defense attorney calmly got up and noted that the speed limit on that stretch of street was 10 miles per hour...because it went right past a playground.
