I agree with this, but being immature is one thing, but being disruptive is against the rules or of any forum decorum, and there are many ways to be disruptive, e.g. trolling, flaming, incessant spamming.
Like many others, I liked it when rep was gone, but since it's back, I've learned to let rep go. I think everyone should do the same, and use it once in a blue moon. In fact, I just got -repped the other day. Why? Probably because I insulted someone's dumb post that had nothing to the with the topic. Do I care? Not really. Shit like that ends up getting straightened out sooner or later.
