Now that it's calmed down a bit...Spoiler:
Edit: Previous claims denoted with *** have been removed until claimed properly
I noticed next to my waifu Hikari, you put in a "Hoshino" in front. I'd like to know the source of that, as I was not aware that she had a last name to begin with. Until proven, it's just, "Hikari."
I got the regular flu on the previous Friday before Thanksgiving, but recovered enough to partake in a Thanksgiving dinner. It sucked balls as I couldn't do any of my fucking work that weekend/week.
@Tsurayu: however, there is a big difference between people with high school education and people with college education. Sure, it's a difference in intelligence, but it's the people with intelligence that stay ahead in the ballgame and make the rules. In retrospect, my knowledge has exponentially increased ever since college because I'm learning stuff that's going to earn me my bread and butter. (accounting/business) As I'm going through my studies, I'm much more aware of the world and its issues and condition. I don't think college itself is overrated, just the prices that they're shoving down our throats to obtain such knowledge.

Or milking the original series for what it's worth. cough*FMA*cough*Inuyasha*cough*Lemme get this straight... animating stuff contained within original source material is excessive milking? I would think it the other way around, that making a series based on incomplete material is the excessive milk.
The problem is that there was already an established anime series. It took the creators over 5 years to decide, "Hey, let's give fans what they wanted from FMA, and profit!" The fact that there two main series running around is just proof that they're doing it for money. Look at Negima - how many series have been made on that? So many that it completely devalues the anime, and makes the manga the must-read.
@neko-chan: I must disagree. I feel that anime needs a balance of theme and character development. In fact, what makes anime "anime" is because it's thematic to the point people can identify one aspect of a series to many others. However, you're right that anime has focused too much on "theme" instead of characters. And don't forget plot and plot development, because from what I've seen recently, those two things have been thrown out the window.
Believe me, no one in the U.S. can be pleased; we're always complaining about something. However, the problem lies in our standard of living, not about the actual taxes, but I digress.
The college tuition and miscellaneous expenses are simply too expensive in the U.S. compared to other nations that have lower college rates or those that are completely free of charge. One year in one college can amass over $50,000 with all expenses included, which is fucking ridiculous. Take $50,000 times 4 years and you get $200,000 for one Bachelor's degree that doesn't even work in the job market anymore. Having a Master's is literally the new standard, and that's another two years at graduate school, so add another $100,000 and your total education is $300,000, which is enough to buy a whole house in New Jersey.
For a piece of paper that isn't 100% guaranteed to help you earn a job, especially in these economic times, sometimes I think college is really overrated.

Santa Claus is just a tradition like the tooth fairy; they don't exist but is part of our culture. As far as I'm concerned, that's all there is to it, and one day we'll have to face reality.
I'm on an laptop and it did it to me just yesterday. I don't think it has anything to do with what the technological medium used to view FAKKU!.
Too bad I didn't get Sanae Furukawa... I really took a shining to her, and had this awesome post and everything, plus a vid.
But technically my 5th waifu was supposed to be Hikari anyways, so no real loss.
I was expecting someone to Mai Shiranui, and lo and behold, she's gone in the third round.

I claim: Hikari (This Beautiful yet Ugly World)
I did mention before that I was going to claim a Gainax girl, but I then I saw Sanae Furukawa free and figured, why not? But since LACP was gunning for her from the start, I'll relent. Voiced by the veteran and awesome seiyu, Ayako Kawasumi, this cute redhead makes her stint as one of main heroines in Gainax's "Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai," or "This Ugly yet Beautiful World". Somewhat ditzy and very adorable, she definitely reminds me of Yumemi Hidaka, my previous waifu.

Spoiler:
He knew that I was going after her too, as did many others because of early blunder... still, I'm pretty incensed.
I'm surprised no one claimed her yet, knowing that Clannad is very popular series. Was gonna post on Sunday, but I was too busy and tired from finishing up my take-home Intermediate Accounting test.
I claim: Sanae Furukawa (Clannad)
Next to Nayuki’s mother, the hottest MILF in the Key series. Her weird bread is killer, but so is her body and personality. Voiced by Kikuko Inoue, there’s nothing to not like about this woman. I personally prefer her out of all of the Clannad girls lineup. That episode where she posed as a schoolgirl and went out with Sunohara was nothing but pure hawtness.
Speaking of killer bread, Sanae's Hyper Rainbow Bread + Nayuki’s ultimate jam = the ultimate blinding biological weapon of mass destruction:
You know there's something dreadfully wrong with the bread when:
1) it's made by Sanae Furukawa
2) it's shining like a rainbow
3) adding the "ultimate jam" to the bread makes it sizzle like fireworks
4) it induces instant incapacitation upon taking a bite

Harmonian's post is what my post has been refering to, in case you couldn't read in between the lines, Sisami.
@Sisami: not too sure what being dead has to do with his 666 rep, which refers to the symbol of Satan.
Honestly, Unos Hambalos's gun creation looks nothing like a gauss rifle, but instead it looks more like the WWI version of the flamethrower.
Not too sure why we're all hating on mininova, but I found the site to be very helpful in terms of categorizing and resorting torrents. I usually went to mininova for my movie and gaming needs.
