Depends on the people, really. If they like flourishes, consider a nice painting, vase, or other decoration. Practical people would prefer tools or dishes. If they're more of modest taste, even some simple CD/DVD collections would suffice.

Pretty much your answer. Small button noses are both what is considered attractive and tend to be the norm. As anime/manga exaggerates the features, the small noses become almost non-existent.

I worked with some guys wherein I'd build and raise and set three walls before two guys had even finished one.
There was one guy who was actually a decent worker- but you really had to get and stay on his case- elsewise he'd just wander around, on his phone, or just talking.

Anyone speedrun this yet?Challenge complete. Did it in roughly two minutes. Ran north as soon as I started, went to the final boss room and got the best gear right away since people were still farming it.
Level 5 with the best gear. Died twice due to monster aggro on the way there.

Never really interested me. The reward seems to me infinitesimal and ultimately meaningless.

It's called "For Science - Enter into a portal". There are portals somewhere east in the village that look like portals from the games Portal and Portal 2. Go through the portal and the achievement should unlock.
