This a new trend or something?Apparently so, and I hope this isn't a hoax. I've already deleted his nominations from the waifu list, which includes a very very rare Suzumiya Haruhi.
Whatever the case is, you'll always be welcome here.

Or maybe subconsciously they want to be caught.I dunno about that... that's pretty embarassing if you ask me. Usually it's the perversion of that - they want to do it at the risk of getting caught, where the anxiety becomes a turn-on.
I haven't seen many non-h games uploaded in the games section, so no. Plus, lots of other games can be found on other torrenting sites.

There is no such thing as nothing in life, you just have to find it out for yourself or it will find you.I don't agree the last part. People either actively or intuitively search for a meaning in life. If they didn't, suicides and falling birth rates would confirm it. It would seem like the desire to survive is an inherent one traceable to our genetics/DNA.

I don't mind spoilers myself, even though I usually try to not spoil things for people out of consideration. Most things I consume don't really hinge on "what happens", but "how it is being told", thus spoilers are of no grave import to me.
My philosophy on spoilers as well.
Like other users mentioned, living is ultimately an exercise in futility. Whether it be genetics that creates our inherent desire to struggle to survive or something created through societal norms, people want to live knowing that they achieved something.
Delving into a bit of human psychology/sociology, most people can't live without having a purpose. What that purpose varies from one another. One person's desire to be rich can different from another person's desire to create a happy family. Point is that we live because we want to accomplish or get something from life. Without that purpose or motive, why would anyone feel the desire to propagate or keep living? Even in the continuance of the species, it makes our lives worth it because we know that we've left our genetic imprint on the world for the future, a.k.a. our progeny, our children. Our various reasons for living are our attachments to the physical plane, which makes us value life that much more than death.
The other side of the equation is effectively death. Death is something that we can't see, can't feel, can't understand because it is the void, and all humans have some fear of the unknown. Depending on your degree of attachment and how much you've accomplished in life, it can either make the passing scary or calming. Death will erase your existence that you've painstakingly built up over your lifespan through accomplishments, peer attention, and social status. Some people can't let go of that while others take it like champion because they've done what they've wanted.
So in the end, how you live your life according to your desires will affect how you react to your death to a certain degree. More practical individuals (like me) or religious individuals will take death as a natural part of life, and that's how it should be, excluding unexpected, abrupt deaths.

This is the updated reclaimed waifu list in the Excel format: http://www.mediafire.com/?tokiwuzdtg2
All additions have been made. Some changes to this workbook are the additional spreadsheets, which can be viewed at the bottom of the screen. Instead of resorting the data, I decided it would be easier if I made three other spreadsheets in ascending order according to category, i.e.:
Spreadsheet 1) By order of posting
Spreadsheet 2) By Waifu
Spreadsheet 3) By Series
Spreadsheet 4) By User
Each of the last three categories (Waifu, Series, User) will have each respective category as the first category to the left, with the other data matching to it. This way, users won't have to resort the data and just flip through the various spreadsheets for easy reference. Any questions, please post or PM me. The manly and proper way to do any real data collection is done with Excel or Visual Basic.
And here is the regular format with all the additions made as well as in accordance to the old waifu list format. Based off M2991's list, of which I totally am grateful for because that must've been a bitch, here's the list with all changes:
If I'm missing anything or need to change/revise something, again, post or PM me and I'll get on it ASAP. And keep in mind that this is a work in process for the benefit of all. As I make the list, there's already a waifu or two that I spot that have been dropped... hehehehehehe.
And please, please, please, at least put the series next to the names of your waifus... makes my life so much more easier.
@Omine-ni-Enishi: with that kind of slow Internet connection, I don't even understand how you can browse FAKKU! itself, let alone downloading a 66KB file, lol.

Lol, I'm totally unaware of differences in other nations. For USA, and I'm assuming Canada as well, it happened tonight.
Just a friendly reminder to turn back your clocks one hour back tonight, Saturday. We've all gained one extra hour, and what you do with it is up to your imagination.
@Waar: aite, taking a chill pill. Waffles are good indeed.
@Sorrow Bloodmist: it's cool, shit happens. Your nominations have been added.

Lol, the Terra-tron. Transformer goodness, and it looked real enough too. I think the Thor is a kick-ass unit to begin with on par with the mothership/queen. Let's not forget it's ability to stay rooted and siege the enemies with its four shoulder-mounted cannons.
Whoops, I meant 200 meters effective and 500 meters max. A shotgun's effective radius is within 50 meters, so 400 meters is a bit far-fetched, yea.
Although I'd classify the M16 as an AR, not a machine gun. And a M11? I've never heard of a M11 machine gun but a pistol yea, or the M110 semi-auto sniper rifle.

I could do without the pompousness in the writing, regardless of your validity and soundness of your arguments. Keep it simple, but not arrogant would've served your purpose better. This hostility was uncalled for.
It wasn't meant as hostility in the slightest, but I guess my tone was uncalled for. Point is, I'm reading a serious, well-argued post, but then I see a whole bunch of honey-coating that's unecessary and detracts from his otherwise excellent argument. We all take gibbous's posts seriously because he's earned it as a witty and highly intelligent user; I thought there wasn't a need for all the extraneous, which at this point I will shut up.
@Katsucha: I'm terribly sorry about that, must've had a slight case of dyslexia, and I hope it doesn't happen again. It's good that users are checking the list to verify that they got their waifus. Yall make good hubbys one day.
Due to the various errors and updates, I will post a link of the new list of waifus and replace the link on page 8 as well for consistency purposes: http://www.mediafire.com/?tokiwuzdtg2
