No, "In God We Trust" has been the official national motto since 1956, when Congress passed the H.J. Resolution 396. "E Pluribus Unum" is just still thought of as the unofficial motto and is printed on some American currency, is all.

In Japan, all hentai has some form of censoring. No matter what.
Unless you are the artist of the work itself, you'll never witness an original uncensored version.
Some upload/translation groups do their best to de-censor works to appear 'uncensored' (in the style of the artist), and usually they WILL indicate the fact they've done so in a Fakku-uploaded manga's description or title.
