So far I'm thinking the HORRIBLE DUB of Bible Black and the Bicycle Fairy short. And a bit of Ebichu and Koe de Oshigoto for almost-hentai laughs.
What else would be sexy but also good for a laugh (this is a mixed gender group, plus I don't want it to be too awk; bad english dubs would be a plus to lighten things up lol). Oh, and links to torrents of recommendations, if you could :)

And if shipping internationally (due to your location) is a bummer on your funds, do a group order of stuff from the same site with your otaku friends; pool money to pay for the shipping (and sometimes shipping costs go down/away with larger orders!).
Buy a basic travel phrasebook; be picky on these, go to the bookstore yourself if you can and pick out which one seems most suited to your needs.
