Lol, where do you think people got porn and toys before the internet? ;D
Someone's gotta sell em.
This is what i read a jack shack is. "A jack shack is a place like a seedy massage parlor or "modeling studio" or "gentlemen's spa" where you can get a hand job for a reasonable price, and little fear of getting arrested for soliciting." It doesn't say anything about selling porn.
Oh. Well, some of the stores have video booths for er, private viewing. No people to help you out, though!

No matter how much the law or whatever governments come up with to help the disabled, it won't change the fact that discrimination will still happen. The school teachers might help the disabled but you can't expect the students to do the same. Some might help them out of pity but a lot of them would probably just ignore them while some idiots will bully them for fun.Personally, I think it's better to separate the disabled in a school that specializes in teaching the disabled. They can come up with a curriculum so that would help them in life. That would also lessen the discrimination and they can have more fun growing up. Although this way would only work if the teachers were kind and patient.....
True to the first paragraph.
As to the second: why? That's like segregation of people with dark skin: "separate but equal" is NOT equality.
I agree specialized teaching would be good, but only in addition to "regular" curriculum. If disabled kids are kept out of 'real' schools, they will not be equally equipped to handle 'real' life and have equal footing in the job market or education, etc.
In terms of special schooling, I've got some experience with that: I went to a special-ed college for two years. Some of the kids really do need help, but many of them (of whom some became great friends whom I consider equally intelligent to myself) knew their stuff really well: they just had issues showing it.
The problem with schools is they teach things only a few ways, and some learners need other methods (ie. hands-on, different materials, more time, etc) to learn.
The old ladies at my grandma's assisted living place were talking about how they'd made vodka-soaked gummi bears.
Made my day.
Made my day.
Because I have things I loook forward to in life, even if they're small or unimportant in the grand scheme of life, I try to enjoy them.
And for the fact that I'd be bored if I weren't living, and I love people and I have reason to believe they also care for me and want me around too. So I won't die, yet.
Back when I was actually deeply depressed as a teen, I'd just keep telling myself to live for the next interesting thing that would happen (a movie I wanted to see, a game release, a holiday)... sad, but it gets you through the shitty times.

Talk about
1) where you are from
- NJ, USA
2) where you find most interesting
- Fave place from my travels would be Brazil and Japan
3) A place you would never visit
- I don't think I'd pass up visiting anywhere!
4) A place you have hope for.
- Would love to go to the Netherlands.
5) How you see the 1st world/3rd World
- Yes: lots of it, inc. South/Central America, parts of Vietnam, China, Cambodia... can't recall all.
6) interesting but relevant thoughts
- The opening post's pic is a really sheltered world view that, sadly, many people hold true.
If you travel lots or at the least seek to learn more about the rest of the world beyond your home, you'll find there's plenty to offer.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) pretty much says most cases have to be accommodated by the (public) schools.

I feel like he is a commodity no longer in demand: people make and publish their own parodies to songs online now, on Youtube, music sites, etc.So he's been sort of phased out.
No way ANYONE can match up to Weird Al's level though. Never.
Agreed; but they can produce and publish content faster than he can put out a CD... so he's left in the dust, even by a lesser product.

I've been feeling a bit blue lately...Spoiler:
For some reason, seeing your pic made me think of the song "I'm Blue" by Eiffel 65 and the Blue Man Group.
AWW YEHHHHHHHH

Why do you think protesting is protected by law... You have the right to assemble not protest. If you get government permission then they don't fuck with you too much.Moral to this story is.. pay the fucking 50 bucks and get to protest all you want.. and their one less homeless baby in this world to suffer because mommy can't wear a condom or keep her legs shut while pounding out her dealer.

You know it's true. The butthurt is strong in you.
Nah, but the fact you assume the woman is homeless and pregnant because she's a crackwhore or didn't want the baby is rather rude.
Doesn't matter if she is a pure child or crackwhore... the baby is better off with jebus then hungry, cold, and living in a box or shelter. It's called common sense. If i was homeless... would i want my child living with me under a bridge. If i had five dollar.. i wouldn't spend it on pron or anything i didn't need. If i was pregnant i wouldn't be in harm way if i could help it. People feel sorrow for a lady who lost her child.. i see a dumb person who could of been smarter then a tard and go beat or sprayed by a dude in combat gear. If i was watching my child and i fell asleep and she got snatched or drowned in the pool... should you feel any remorse on me and not my kid?
If you read the article, you'd see that she had plans for living at home with family once the child was born.
