And am I gonna be the first one to admit running like that sometimes? Last time I ran like that was when I was carrying a bunch of bags and stuff and I was late for the bus. So with all the bags that was the easiest way to get to the bus stop fast.
But usually if I don't see people nearby and I need to run, I keep my left arm pressed against my boobs so they wont bounce as much. But I cant do that when people see me, cause it would be even more embarrassing than bouncing boobs :/

Trust me, it's painful and strains your body to do so. That whole "bouncing boobs" thing is something you have to put extra effort into to make happen; it's not very evident with normal running.
