Yeah, I'd gladly take a draft.
And the pay thing adds up: think about it this way... when it comes to retirement time, men will have made a LOT more money in their lifetimes for doing the same job as a woman. And thus can afford the cost of basic living much more easily even when they can no longer work.
Women have to work longer, and just as hard, to get to that same standard of living.

BOO YA

Just watched them all, hardly any good.
I laughed maybe twice. The rest of the jokes just skid by on the stupid concept of LOL SO RANDUMS!

Probably my minor (and great interest in) gender studies. Pretty sure there are lots of folks out there who'd go NUTS at any forced manga, but somehow I find them interesting to study in order to get a cultural perspective on Japan's beliefs about sexual assault and rape.

Grover, did you go to see it? I wanted to while it was still in previews, but never got a chance... and now that it won so many Tony's it's fuckin impossible to get tickets for!Shit yeah I saw it.
Actually, that's not the right word. I didn't just see it, I Experienced it. The capital letter and italics are important.
Let me put it this way. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SEE THIS SHOW. SELL YOURSELF OR OTHERS ON THE STREET TO PAY FOR THE TICKETS. They're actually not difficult to get, they're just expensive.
Yeah, I am sure it is easy to get cheap single tickets, but I'd probably wanna go with friends or family.
Used to go to a lot more shows when I was little but we can't afford to now... :\
Hopefully I'll be able to see it someday :)

If people hadn't bitched about wanting tags so much, would they have ever been implemented?
Saying that you don't like the way things currently are is just about the only way to get things improved. It may come off as ungrateful, but what are people supposed to do? Sit on their hands and say, "This site is perfect, nothing needs to ever be changed"? That'd be complete horseshit.
Though there needs to be a distinction between legitimate bitching (wanting the tag system improved) and selfish bitching (wanting to ban yaoi, NTR, etc.).
Also, when browsing manga, you can move between pages by pressing the arrow keys instead of having to use the mouse. I'm sure this feature was added because people didn't like having to use the mouse. Some might have even bitched about it, and that's why it was implemented.
The site will be changed, yes, but it's not going to happen overnight.
Clearly the manga needs more navigation/filter/organization tools, but it's probably already being worked on.
Bemoaning that fact all day will not make a difference UNLESS some kind of solution is being offered by the moaner.
Btw, the arrow thing's been around for a while now, I beleive.

I see every comment like this on every yaoi/trap doujin I've mistakenly read get downvoted. Why can't we express our disgust?! x.x I guess the community just really loves that stuff right now, huh? -.-Yeah, it's fine to not like it, but why comment on something read mostly by people who enjoy it?
You're going to be shot down by everyone who likes the stuff, of course!
If a man gets into an elevator at 4am, I'd get off that elevator. That's just creepy.
I do actually try to interact with people in a gender neutral manner. Yes, it's not completely possible, but at least realizing you're judging by gender makes you more considerate of your actions.
