It would be tough to go through all manga and look for such tag indications: if there is no scene showing marriage, it would require taggers (and non-translating uploaders) to go through all the text of each manga to check and see if any character mentions marriage...

I mean sure kids have more leeway to get it on at home than in Asian culture, usually, here in the states. So love hotels aren't as needed... but I feel a culture for them could certainly evolve if they were here, and at the right price in this economy.
Cheaper than regular hotels, and gets the job done. And there are plenty of properties empty in metropolitan areas!
