You all realize that petitions won't work in this case, right?
If a series doesn't bring in enough money or the company that makes it doesn't think they can profit from continuing it, it won't get made.
You can't just petition one person: making a show involves lots of people, steps, and companies who have to approve oversight. If there is no money from the first season to create a second, production can't even begin.

I had seen some of hmmmm Ronin Warriors, I think, with a friend of mine whose father brought her subbed copies from his trips to Japan. In fifth grade we were into that.
Of course Pokemon was a gateway into the animation style, but I never consider that a serious show.
The first series I sought out on my own after seeing was Serial Experiments Lain in late middle school, after seeing parts of it on TechTV late at night.
I didn't have Cartoon Network as a kid so I could only watch it at the homes of friends.

Frankly I'm surprised they haven't snapped up Madoka... but maybe since it's not dubbed yet they have to wait?

No.

Sometimes numb people are actually just not letting themselves feel.
Sure, one can be jaded or desensitized, but for actual matters that should cause you to be emotional on a personal level, sometimes you need to release your fear of showing emotion and just let it all out.
I've found lots of people (often, guys) do this just to keep up appearances.

Also allot some for food and incidental expenses you may have (transport, emergency funds, drinks, etc).
I agree, the screen's "lifelike" qualities could have been better advertised.
