I'm not sure yet: do I really have something to offer, or the means to bring them up healthy, happy, and safe?

1. There is no equal pay law. The ERA never passed. Imagine: as a woman, you will probably earn 80 cents to every dollar a man makes; at the end of your life, when you want to retire, that's a pretty huge hell of a retirement fund gap.
2. Yes, women still aren't drafted. Which I find odd... then again, to my knowledge, the draft law has been revoked (I could be wrong on this...).
3. Women call 'sluts' the way they do because, as children (in the typical gender socialization process), they are taught to subtly enforce patriarchal standards: this is called "horizontal hostility", or the keeping of oppressed groups under oppression by teaching them to oppress one another.
4. I know of many women who flat out refuse to let a man pay their way, hell let ANYONE pay their way. And when they allow for it, it's only with a promise of reciprocal repayment. Hell, I hardly let my ex pay for me. In this economic era, who can afford to pay for two in a casual situation?
5. and 10. "Bitch" and "pussy" are terms used to apply feminine (and therefore 'weak') qualities upon and demean an individual. Sure, they're culturally excepted now, but it doesn't make them right. Gender slurs are just as bad as racial ones...
6. Yeah, that's a stereotype of men: not all do.
7. and 8.: No. Anyone hitting anyone is poor conduct. It's just that females are taught that it's less acceptable, and for the most part tend not to do so (it seems). Doesn't make it any more right.

As much as I agree that this is a double standard, this will not go away for a long, long time. The fact is that this is a matter that has been genetically ingrained in us. This statement stems from the fear that men have towards reproduction. While the woman knows 100% that the child she's rearing is hers, the man will never feel that guarantee until he does a DNA test and even then, he has to wait til it is born. So yeah, it's rather easy to understand why women sleeping around is seen a lot more negatively than for men.
But it makes no sense why women who are serially monogamous are frowned upon as well.
That, for sure, isn't genetic.

Well a good example would be the primary school system. The majority of teachers in primary schools are women which can cause problems for young boys. Essentially because many women in the primary schools are unaware of how boy naturally act they punish the boys for not acting like girls. This can lead to major developmental problems down the road.

Men (hetero / bi) would not be so crazy for the traits women possess (i.e. breasts for example), if we possessed them ourselves (manboobies excluded).
