Lookin' good, guys!
Tiger and Bunny looks pretty neat! :o Will have to check it out soon.
It's funny, Mike... during the Hanasaku Iroha clips, it looks like you almost perfectly dubbed them to the protagonist's mouth movements!
Twentieth Cent. Boys is good, too, eh? I had been wanting to check that out, shall have to do so now.
That figure looks absolutely beautiful, too.
[size=10]By the way... you both have envy-inducing shiny hair of awesomeness. WHAT IS YOUR SECRET.[/h]

thanx but if possible can u give other than all of thatKeep checking back every so often: we taggers are going through older manga uploads and adding tags to them, so the #chikan section will grow over time.
In the meanwhile, I'd suggest looking up that fetish on mugimugi's doujin database to find other hentai manga with that theme. :)
Man am I jelly.
Last year I told myself I would try to go THIS year. But as usual, it's during FINALS prep weekend, AND Easter... WHY ANIMU COMMUNITY, WHY?

Spoiler:
I'll let you know final thoughts once I try it out~❤
That's adorable enough to be a magical girl wand. ;3;
You just planted a wierd mental image into my head.
"Megical girl Eroki at your service ! I will punish every lemon stealing whore with my magical dildo-wand, my 9000 years of pleasure and pain."
Umh, okay.
...I'm so writing this story now.
Tokyopop was on the out-and-out anyhow.
While I don't like the decrease in diversity of publishers for manga, I will say that I'd never particularly cared for any of the series they carried.

Coming from a guy myself, I felt offended that I was grouped into the "bad" guys who said these sexual offences. I just sat only thinking, "Well there's always guys like that. And there nothing we can do about it."
However, my teacher who is a female, presented a question "Why do guys say such things even though there are girls present?" And I'd like a few opinions from you guys and girls.
I think your teacher was upset by your statement that you believe that "there is nothing you [and all men?] can do about [sexual assault]", because in fact when men DO take action against it or to spread awareness/distaste for sexual-assault-culture, it makes a world of difference.
Not taking responsibility for the ideals of patriarchy can be just as bad as enforcing them.
The show's been great so far!
Also, I'm mad jelly of Jake's kotatsu... from the pic on Twitter, it looks like you all are pretty damn cozy!

... how would a female vote in this poll?
Or are you saying females should (only) also feel free to post, lol.

I was just discussing this with my friends tonight at dinner, oddly enough...
Yes, I feel it is often quite overused to the point of replacing character depth and personality, especially in the fantasy and sci-fi genres.
It's sad that the general fiction world still only allots value to women if they are endowed in "all the right ways" and show little intellect as a result of the focus on their physical appearance.
Even when they are modestly dressed, they're shown as helpless and/or mere side support character types; get too sexy, and they're "bitches" or villainous... their embracing of their sexuality becomes a weapon, not a positive quality.
And then there's the general lack of empowerment in females in most Japanese fictional media. I honestly attribute this to the traditionally-Asian devaluing of females, institutionalized misogyny, and shaming of sexually-empowered females or those who are victims of sexual assault. Though this is certainly nothing unique to Japan, it seems to be much more apparent there, sadly.
Which sucks, because it only reinforces such beliefs and practices of inequality in the female sex's value.
I like the way Joss Whedon put it in terms of his own works (noted for their fair depiction of female roles), after being asked by so many interviewers on the subject:

But, these strong women characters…
Why are you even asking me this?! This is like interview number 50 in a row. How is it possible that this is even a question? Honestly, seriously, why are you -- why did you write that down? Why do you -- Why aren’t you asking a hundred other guys why they don’t write strong women characters? I believe that what I am doing should not be remarked upon, let alone honored and there are other people doing it. But, seriously, this question is ridiculous and you just gotta stop.
So, why do you write these strong women characters?
Because equality is not a concept. It’s not something we should be striving for. It’s a necessity. Equality is like gravity, we need it to stand on this earth as men and women, and the misogyny that is in every culture is not a true part of the human condition. It is life out of balance and that imbalance is sucking something out of the soul of every man and women who’s confronted with it. We need equality, kinda now.
So, why do you write these strong female characters?
Because you’re still asking me that question.

For me, it takes a few seconds for the "Spoiler" button portion of the spoiler tagged text/images to load, but otherwise works fine.
