But along the lines of like... hmm. I know at least, job interviews and such do look around a bit for online information about you from what they know. If your email is similar, etc, could lead to such.
I use different names for different purposes, so I'm set. ;D
Real stereoscopic images are taken from slightly different angles... a little hard to get the full effect with digital graphics, but still fun ;)

Frankly, unless it's modified solely by the user it's named after, that is a little creepy. I wouldn't want someone looking up a commonly used username of someone and finding such info: could be detrimental to their IRL reputation. :\

That said however, this girl just sounds like she was using you: even after donating a kidney to her family she ditches you in that manner? Lame.
Given, she shouldn't be "forced/indebted" into staying in a relationship over such gifts and medical procedures, but that just sounds like an ungrateful woman to me.
