Don't get me wrong. Blue buff helps her in lane of course... You know.. it's a 'buff'. The mana/energy regen portion doesn't do shit, but the cdr definitely helps Kat be more offensive and defensive at the same time. But... you're Kat. You have a relatively low cooldown, not to mention you have a passive that reduces your cooldown. It's nice to have the buff, but other champions can put the buff to a better use.
But on the flip side, when the enemy AP mid gets blue, the natural advantage Kat has becomes disintegrated and the enemy AP mid should have better damage except with the same spammability Kat has. The people I'm playing against either really suck or Kat is way too OP.
