Not hugely. Her most recent thread was made in January, with huge month gaps in between prior to that, and very rarely responded to threads. She was far more active in CTFG in terms of actual posts.

This would actually be a good idea. Kemonomimi was moved into monster girls, but we still have catgirls tag which are actually primarily normal humans wearing cosplay ears, so it normally gets accompanied with the cosplay tag. Hell even the thumbnail of the tag is a cosplay and this saddens me.

I'd like to see the Monster Girl tag be the trait, with multiple categories. Including Catgirl, Foxgirl, Succubus, Vampire etc.
I'd also like a distinguishing tag to differentiate between animalgirls and humans dressing up as an animalgirl for a fetish. We have the cosplay tag but I don't feel it's clear enough.

What seems backwards to me is that MindGeek owns those pornsites, but are actively working to make their websites inaccessible to all british citizens that don't verify their age. Something seems off about that. Why would they discriminate against a large portion of their viewerbase? They'd be shooting themselves themselves in the foot.

The only reason I can think of for them to agree to it is if they were being paid for doing so. And it'd probably have to be an amount substantial enough to make up for the loss in viewership. That'd be a colossal waste of taxpayer money. Either that or they own a bunch of VPNs themselves and fully expect people to start using them, so they profit from it regardless.

Assuming I'm right about any of this, everybody in this whole debacle benefits except those who actually use the service. MindGeek get paid, the Government potentially get info on its citizens and could request any submitted information from MindGeek for whatever reason. Both MindGeek and the Government would deny ever intending to do so because they have to, but you know it'll happen whether it be by them or a hack/leak. I wouldn't trust them with my anal excrement.

But this is a waste of time because you start slapping the verification on more popular pornsites and they won't be as popular anymore. And you can't slap it on every website in existence. It'd force people to go elsewhere for their porn where they would potentially be exposed to shit they wouldn't be normally. A great way to protect children, force them to take to dodgy pornsites that don't have age verification where they corrupt themselves where they wouldn't normally. Potentially causing a generation of mentally ill that they claim to try to prevent. A well thought out and brilliant idea.

The British government banned certain sex acts in British-made porn in 2014, and have been trying to censor the internet for years. It's nothing new, but this has gone unnoticed, are using a bullshit justification that'll resonate with some people, and are actively trying to make it work.
