As far as I understand from the article, it's
not a move for ISPs to block all Internet Pornography entirely; it's move to make parental blocking manditory for all ISPs and we'll be able to disable them. The downside is they'll get reset after a certain amount of time and parental block gets forced back on again, so you'll have to keep disabling it which sounds like it could be annoying as fuck.
They are not censoring the Internet. You should really have read through that article properly, OP.
It had previously been feared that the government would force ISPs to block access to pornographic content unless a consumer specifically requested it.
At least that's not happening.
