It's a good thing that you feel empty I'll say. Goes to show that you thoroughly enjoyed the VN/anime/game. You absorbed what it had to offer to the fullest, got emotionally attached and enjoyed it~ All good things must end but the satisfaction you gained lasts lifelong (ok for a couple months realistically).
I believe that the makers have the same intent in mind while delivering it to us.
Bask in the melancholy for a few days, and pick up another good VN/anime/etcand move on. Ofc if you feel like it watch/play it all over again (but not too soon).

Pity you didn't like Nodame, the first season is pretty good. Watch it for good music if not anything else =)

Kamisama kazoku (not all that great of a plot, but female MC is rather cute)
Suzuka (yet again I haven't seen anime, but manga is decent - Seo Kouji's work)
Ranma 1/2 (old but it has decent animation, funny plot)
