It's hard to know how good it is. I read Renai Sample and liked it, so I bought it, but I don't know how good this is so I don't know whether to commit to buying.This is an interesting point of discussion, this is the first book we will be working on that hasn't been scanlated or even scanned at all for that matter. Thanks to all of you our release of Renai Sample has been a huge success, we've almost completely sold out of the initial print run and the paperback isn't even out yet! That success has allowed us to announce some of the new titles we have lined up for FAKKU Books. Going forward you can expect at least two releases a month, with PuniKano and Welcome to Tokoharusou expected to start pre-orders in October.

The artists are involved and even have approval on the final version of the books we end up publishing! Our releases are literally as authentic as possible.

Also, I love the font (size) choice for this. Unlike many scanlations (including this book's), it's most of the time perfectly readable even while viewing the whole page.
Glad you noticed! We have to take into consideration how the book will look when it's printed as well as well as when it's read online, so the font size is a bit larger than normal to accommodate (I think it works really well). Plus it will be really nice to read on your tablet/phone, I'll be posting a pdf download later to make that a little easier.
Don't worry, we are going to continue releasing amazing books. And we have some new titles to announce really soon. Piracy will always exist and that's okay. The best way to support us is to ignore it and help spread the word about our books!
Given the nature of our releases they will be uploaded elsewhere. We chose early on not to implement any form of DRM in our titles (I firmly believe DRM only hurts the actual customer). It's a shame that it was uploaded so quickly, but I honestly expected it. In the end I want paying customers to have the best product possible, the way to beat piracy is to offer a superior product. So let us know how we can improve things on FAKKU, starting with the new online reader.
Like I've said, it's thanks to everyone in this forum that we will be able to continue publishing awesome books despite the piracy. Please don't bother reporting offending websites, the best way to support us is to buy our books! And tell your friends (and family)

Some may not agree but I think what killed the Hentai Anime industry here in the U.S was none other than ourselves, the Hentai fans....Back when downloading/torrenting U.S licensed movies was running rampant on all corners of the web. But I guess that couldn't been helped since most of us Hentai fan were still underage and we didn't know any better.
Hopefully now that we have an understanding how this shit works then perhaps we can set things right. Team Fakku has truly brought us to the next-generation of Hentai...and with them taking charge of the industry, I see a bright future for us all. :)

I agree.
I hope Fakku can keep up in being this careful about the quality of their books because this release shows that this isn't being done half-assed. The pages look beautiful and the typesetting compliments it well.
While there will be people saying "Fakku sold out", those people weren't interested in buying and they expected this high of quality content for free.
Looking forward to the physical book release and hoping it leaves me wanting to buy more physical copies!

Glad you noticed, we're trying to set a new standard for what defines standard definition. You should expect all of our releases to be of similar quality.
I'll take a look at your orders and see what's going on, if it's stuck in the "Pending" state that is probably the issue.
We're working through some issues, there are literally too many people trying to fap to the book right now. It should be working again.

That's what I did. The HQ zip version I downloaded also tells me (redownloaded again to check as well) that the archive is corrupted, although it does unzip everything except the first image (000).

Downloads should be working know, the problem was related to the earlier issue.
