Like others have mentioned, a five star rating system (or any review system) would not work on FAKKU. People would rate content they find objectionable lower for no other reason than not liking the genre. It would skew the ratings toward whatever is the most popular genre (vanilla), and anything controversial like netorare would sink to the bottom (despite netorare being awesome).

It's ironic that you are complaining about users in this thread downvoting your posts, which is a way for users to "rate" your posts. If your posts in this thread were comics on FAKKU sorted by rating, they would be unpopular and no one would see them. Despite your posts being relatively well thought out and touching on an interesting topic.

So no, we will not be adding a rating system to FAKKU (or anything similar).

Instead, we allow you to sort by popularity. Popularity is calculated based on a lot of things behind the scenes and is a relatively accurate way to find out what is currently popular on FAKKU.

There are a few popular categories on the browse page, and you can view all popular content from the past week here: https://www.fakku.net/hentai/popular. I want to expand on this by adding popular sorting to all tags, magazines, artists, etc. So you can see the most popular chapters with a specific tag, the most popular artists in a magazine, etc.

Then we can suggest you chapters based on tags and artists you follow, so that you don't end up missing a gem you might not have noticed otherwise.

We have nothing else to report on the DLC's right now, like we said in the FAQ topic we are actively working on them and negotiating the price with Illusion. As soon as we have something to report, we'll post it here. I apologize if you've felt ignored, there are just no updates at the moment.

If you downloaded the full version of Honey Select Unlimited before 05/01/2018, you'll want to download this patch for the latest bug fixes. To apply the patch, download the file and unzip it in the same directory as the Honey Select Unlimited files. Overwrite all existing files with the new ones.

Summary: Along with the various bug fixes, this patch focuses on fixing issues with the Launcher by digitally signing the executable for Windows. This is something Illusion did not do in Japan, and FAKKU doing so now improves security and fixes issues with the Launcher having greyed out buttons (something reported frequently by users). The process of getting the Launcher certificate took some time leading to the delay between this patch and the previous.

This should be fixed (maybe)

One thing that became obvious through our release of Honey Select Unlimited, is our need for a better way to serve downloads of large games. Over the past week I've been working on a download manager for games that should make the whole process of downloading a game and updating it, a lot easier.

Is this something you'd all like for us to release? If so, are there any additional features you'd like to see?

I hear you, and this is a feature I am looking into a lot. If it happens it'll probably come after we finish the DLCs.

Really happy this works! It looks like most mods should work out of the box if you chance the executable names to match the Japanese edition. We are working on a solution right now to help with this.

As mentioned previously in the thread, subtitles for these scenes were not part of the original Japanese release.

We are open to adding this to Honey Select Unlimited, but it would be a huge investment to add a whole new feature to the game. That said, it is possible, but we'd have to sell a lot of copies to cover the cost of additional development work. And right now we're focused on getting out the DLC's and bug fixing.

So if you want this to happen, get out there and spread the word about Honey Select Unlimited. Do your best to get people to try out the demo and hopefully buy the game!
