Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2

  • They changed めがみ (megami) to "CPU". Megami translates to "goddess" and there was no need to change it to "CPU". The acronym stands for "Console Patron Unit" and it can obviously mean "central processing unit" as well. Basically, NISA decided to be faggots by making up their own terminology instead of just translating it to "goddess".


  • They changed きょうかい (kyoukai) to "Basilicom". I looked it up on Denshi Jisho and "kyoukai" would be better translated to "church". I don't even know what "Basilicom" is supposed to be.


  • They changed "Nipponichi-chan" to "Nisa". Nipponichi-chan is a character that represents Nippon Ichi Software. Changing her name to Nisa wasn't necessary at all. Names are something that should never be messed with.


  • "HDD" was another term they made up.


  • They tried to give Nepgear the catchphrase of "What the goodness?".


  • All of Neptune's dialogue was terrible. Every line made me cringe.


  • In general, the whole game suffered from bad translations.

The first episode was a mess but 2 and 3 were good. Jun's manager is a giant douche. I'm glad Shinku has finally awakened. I love how the first thing she did was slapping Jun in the face.

This episode was sad but good. Them feels at the end. I can't believe he actually died.

I thought this episode got a little too over dramatic when Yura surrendered. Still not a bad episode overall though. I guess they just really take airsoft seriously. I think the "what do you fight for" line was kind of over doing it.
