I suggest you to hit 4-koma doujin style before you jumped into the fray of full blown doujin. Panel composition is as hard as eating flaming nails coated with horse dung.

Great job, using reference for the T2-style drawing? Never had the guts to do it though :-( always stick to my default art style.

My place is quite fair. The only discrimination is the choice of transportation, the female workers got the Large Ford SUV and us male workers got a damn VW minivan, and we male outnumber them 3 to 1. Other than that, damn straight fair.
Well, looking at some picture with some tags occurring repeatedly is another way to learn the meaning of tag. Some websites like gelbooru allows you to browse from tags. If you met some unknown word or tag, just hit it and find the common features shared between the gallery aligned with the tag you pick. That's how i learned ;-D
