Well, Denpa Kyoushi isn't serialized in Jump so it doesn't really matter. All that I want is Bleach to get Cancelled so that new mangas can jump in. Unless Kubo can dish out a new interesting plot, I'll keep wishing for a Cancellation.

Honestly people needs to stop thinking that "Oldies = Better in all aspect", and watch more anime. You think Oldies is not as ecchi and mindless as now? Think again.

Honestly no.

Same with my answer in the Vanilla/NTR is boring thread. That just means you watched too many "ecchi anime" recently. Since I watch many dozens of animes with different genres each season, I don't feel the boredom.

This season, even though I'm watching 6 series that has high ecchi content, but then I balance it with other animes that are not mainly about ecchi.

and Inb4 someone says "Old animes doesn't aim for ecchi, but STORY~~`" shit.. Older animes are even more ecchi than now. If you don't feel like watching ecchi genres, then just don't watch it. Don't blame the industry or the community. No one is forcing you to watch it.

Well, I never did say that all of them are good. But it is true that personal taste is a main factor.

I keep changing and adapting my taste, that's why I can watch some of those "sub-par" animes, even though it won't receive high marks from me, But anime getting shitty = no.

The only shitty anime that I witnessed recently is "Gun-Dou Musashi".


Others are just not suitable to my taste, or just bored with the genre.

Here's where I see it:
It's not the anime that's getting shitty, it's your taste that can't adapt to the new ideas.

Current animes are just adapting to the "demand" of something new and original, and in result these new kinds are the ones that can make some profit. So because of that anime producers will stick to that formula for a while until there's something new that can make a profit.

In the end question, "Would you like to watch something new that is VERY similar to Bebop/Trigun or would you rather go back and watch the original?"

This world is seriously strange. People keep on mentioning "They want something new/original" but when they don't like it they'll blame on the fact it isn't like the "old ones"... logic lol

Not all VNs can be called a "video game", only specific ones that has included gameplay elements into it's VN. Like Strategy, Action, or even the simple "dating simulation".
