I think the problen with blood-c is: why did it have to be blood? is like those megaman battle network games, why such a stupid game with too many sequels had to involve megaman? if the game was good there would be no problem. but really megaman battle network?
It's the usual "Let's try something New" plan. In your eyes Magaman Battle Network may sound like "WTF?". But The Battle Network Franchise really raked in many fans, and especially popular with the kids, if it was really a flop project it won't get 6 games. Honestly, from a gamer point a view the gameplay is a challenge and lots of time feels harder than your usual Megaman, due to the RPG and strategy element. Of course the story is the usual "Let's save the
internet world" aimed for kids, but it's not half bad.
So, Blood C is also on that "Let's try something new Plan" Of course their target is also new to Blood+, not just the Blood+ fans.
