There's no need to worry.
Clicking the report button only leads the "write the reason" page.
All reports are viewed thoroughly. Accidental reports is accidental, users don't get any penalty if his/her thread got reported.

Yeah, Currently Modding a OFW PSP into a CFW is really easy with the newest CFW the PRO series. Even some PSP 300x and PSP Go can get CFW'd with that new CFW.
