The "loop hole" in this already implemented rule from earlier games is People that uses "TRUE NAMES" to justify a steal claim

it's already discussed that if the Alias or her current name is accepted by the public, it has the same effect as a Full name.

so,
Saber = Arturia Pendragon
Caster = Medea
Tenshi = Tachibana Kanade
Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo is Ryoko, you won't find a full name.
Lucy/nyuu from Elfen Lied is Lucy/Nyuu, you won't find a full name
Himari from Omamori Himari is her real name, the Noihara part is only been used to introduce herself in school, since she came from Noihara, even though in the end her name became Noihara Himari.

The only routes in Clannad that I think that qualifies for this discussion:
-Kyou route

Pure Love VNs it's easy.
-To Heart 2
and mostly "slice-of-Life" Vns, eventhough it's Sex oriented.

Yes, I purposely restricting those Vns from this current discussion is just for the purpose of getting a clear answer without getting biased by other VNs. :D

And I don't really care if it's the most critically acclaimed VN of all. If it doesn't fit in this threads main discussion, then it shouldn't be discussed at all.
"Can a KEY VN apply a Love story without excessive use of Sad plot stories?"
