Its honestly not as confusing as you think (and I don't let myself get confused by it).
Both episodes are parallel stories, the "branching" occurs after Yuji got the board game. What his sister saw as a dream on episode 2, was the result of the other parallel story which is episode 1, where Yuji showed the Board game to his mother first.

Lol, I never expected anything good from softhouse seal since they like churning 2 "nukiges" per month. "Quantity < Quality"

Got distracted by the newest release of "Migite ga Tomaranai Boku to, Shinjin Nurse". The new one is voice activated...Which I can't get it to work at all. >_>

It's definitely an improvement, since the items and stats needed wasn't so cryptic...(still some for the items, who would've guess that a Microscope was needed to continue the H-scene....lol). The Character Story was simplified, which is okay for this kind of genre. I do enjoy being the center of school gossip.

Now I'm just waiting for Appends.

It's worth playing if you want "super lovey dovey" moments. The story itself isn't anything special and it's pretty short. I also love the Character illustrations.
What makes it different than any other VNs in the love genre is the updates it receives monthly adding more "events" for a year.

So, for me it's just a Nice, short and simple VN to enjoy. Not a "VN of the year" material, but it will entertain me for a while, until the updates are released.

I mentioned L-elf, because of the forum trends that they're calling L-Elf a Bad ass, while the usual MC loathing for being not as bad ass as L-Elf. meh...

The series is going to be a 2 cour split, which means for this season will get 12 episodes and get the continuation in the next Fall.

Not yet, planning to finish LxC2 tonight, then start playing that. I just hope I'm not overwhelm by the gameplay

Episode 4, finally an element from the game was used, "the talking topics and timing". lol

For me, I don't have a standard because I respect them subjectively. I never associate "having balls" with "extraordinary feats", "superhuman abilities" or "nerves of steel", but by the weight of each characters own issues that they must face.

As simple as Sato from NHK finally deciding to stop being a NEET and Hikkikomori for the sake of Misaki, or as complicated as Kurono from Gantz when he defied Gantz's orders and fights his own team to protect Tae.

Back to Valvrave topic, I don't even consider L-elf to "have balls" or bad ass because killing people to him is as the same breathing, which means he's not challenged with an issue that's not in his comfort zone.

Playing the hell out of LxC 2... already finished 3 girls yesterday, with obvious missed events...
I'm still bummed for no teacher route. lol

Probably not as wacky, the synopsis says it's going to be about Competitive swimming and rivalry. It's probably going to be like Umisho with KyoAni's SoF Qualities.

This is a complete original Series, it's not an adaptation (It's an "adaptation" of that CM that KyoAni did)

All that butthurt from just being a All male cast, when there's Tennis no Oujisama, Slam Dunk and Kuroko no Basket who practically did the same thing.
