I know he said that, and I'm grateful and I appreciate it.But it's just a shame for us because we'll be really missing this opportunity.
I like all four titles. If i want to buy them it'll be $39.80, which is awesome.
But the thing is that shipping itself is $61.90, and that's way more than the price of the books alone. So a purchase that should be around $50 is going to cost me $101.70, more than double.
I've been refraining myself from buying Fakku books even though I love most of them and would definitely buy them if it wasn't for those outrageous shipping costs.
I can't wait for this to be finally settled.
And yes, I know I could buy digital version only, but that's not what I want.
Till now I solved the issue by buying the books on amazon and getting some of the digital versions seperately, but after the whole hentai witch hunting started you can forget about that...
But at least Jacob wants to help the international buyers, so my hopes are up!
Some of my FAKKU pre orders are now displaying "delivered"! As their status, idk whether to be worried or not. Sucks Amazon is removing so many books
So today I received a mail stating that they will soon deliver my order of "A Body for Play". It really seems that despite the purge they will send the books to everyone who ordered them before they got removed...
just fuck my shit up
i canceled my order of "A Body for Play" thinkin they wouldn't sell it anymore T.T
Send me an email and I'll get make sure you get a copy, jacob@fakku.net
If you live in the UK United Publications is starting to make our books available: http://www.up1.co.uk/Details/P1719-Peachy-Butt+Girls+GN+L+Adult+. I imagine shipping will be quite a bit less expensive from them, and you can request any of our titles they don't have and we will get them there.

My orders Body for Play and Kira Kira are still displayed as "Not yet shipped"... I haven´t canceled the books in case that they will deliver them to at least the ones who pre-ordered them before they got removed as they haven´t contacted me on how the books got removed and that they don´t plan to fulfill the order...
Who knows, maybe they will come to their minds next month and start again to sell the books...
Lets hope so! It's on a title by title basis
Looks like everyone who posted in the thread is all set now, most likely a small window where your current subscription expired right before the recurring billing triggered. I'll look into it and see that this does not happen again.

I went to check on J-list, added Carnal Communication, so the cheapest shipping method available was First-Class Mail International Large Envelope, and for a total of $19.95 purchase, shipping was $20.88, making it a total of $40.83.It's a bit more expensive than the book.
From Fakku Store it would be $25.50, a total of $45.45.
I tried with 4 books and shipping is almost the same, just a couple $ difference between J-list and Fakku.
Also, Jacob, I'm sorry if my comments could bother or offend you. That's not my intention at all. I know it's easy to complain when you are not the one doing the hard work, and I don't want you to get the wrong message from what I said.
I want you to know I really appreciate what you do, specially that you take time to answer this posts personally, it means a lot to us users.
Thank you for everything.
Thanks for the info, and no worries at all! I want to figure it out. There might be some way we can ship a bulk amount of books to somewhere in EU and route all orders through that shipping facility. So it won't be coming from the United States and would hopefully be less expensive.
I want everyone to be completely satisfied with their subscription, but I do not expect the overall percentage of controversial content (in comparison to the rest of the content we release) to increase. So if you are unhappy now you probably won't be happy in the future. Obviously I want you to stay, but it's more important to be honest.
That said, we do have some big announcements about more content coming to the subscription that I am excited to share in the next few weeks (possibly as early as next week).

I just paid for a renewal a few minutes ago, but it seems it didn't go through. It gave be an error then said the site was on maintenance. When I checked to see if I can read anything, it says I need a subscription to read anything.I checked my bank account and it did go through, I tried to renew and it says that it's active. I sent an email, but no reply yet.
Should be working now! If anyone else has this issue use the contact form or send an email to support@fakku.net, that is the fastest way to get in touch with us.

So where's all that loli you talked about at AX2015? I've seen nothing but a spam of oppai in subscription. A lot of better pettanko/petite is in books. What's the incentive for me to keep my subscription?Do you have controversial content turned on?
I can confirm your account did not have a subscription added to it after you completed the purchase last week. I have fixed the issue and you should now have full access! To make it up to you for the delay I have added a free month of subscription time onto your account.
In the future if you have any issues, you can send an email straight to support@fakku.net and someone should get back to you right away.

Yeah I spoke with some higher ups at Amazon, they are not comfortable with adult manga.animefreak_usa wrote...

[quote="animefreak_usa"][quote="Archvile"]Damn, will definitely be getting this one
Will it be up on amazon?
Might. Depends if they are removing porn or just us.
Oh I guess that explains the product pages of some mangas being removed?
I pre-ordered Kira Kira, Curiosity XXXed The Cat, and A Body For Play, and their product pages are gone
But I also pre-ordered Shoujo Material, but it's product page is still there. Plus Carnal Communication is still there for purchase as well
Also, they have TONS of Project H's hentai mangas. Haven't seen any get removed from them.
Yeah we seem to be getting targeted.

Since we now have read history would it be possible to show whether or not we've already read a particular manga? Maybe like a small check mark or something. That's actually a really good idea! And wouldn't be too hard to implement.
As a result of this change we are going to quickly figure out better international shipping options, it'll probably take a week or two for them to go live but the prices will be less expensive across the board.

Contact Amazon and find out what's wrong and see if they plan to fulfill the order. They have been taking issue with our books because they are for adults and unfortunately it's on them.I'm afraid I just followed up on part of Tsujoi's recommendation and cancelled the order. Yesterday I had a conversation with Amazon's help chat about the vanishing page, and the guy told me it's a technical error with the product page; the order was still in process, and as soon as the book would've arrived, they would've fulfilled the order. But now that you're saying they're having issues with your books...
~
Well, I just tried reordering it by clicking the "Buy it Again"... and I ended up with this. Buy it again Clicking the product page link itself still ends up at a 404. Strange stuff.
Yeah but you cancel the order in that case, seems Amazon is not cool with the adult books anymore.
