Most likely dynamic IP addresses running havoc. AquaChills IP is 3 octets accurate to a recently banned spam bot with the last octet being different which will normally change when you ask your ISP for a new IP address. Dynamic IPs are a bitch.
I recently banned like eight bots. So this covers quite a range.

Played it, enjoyed it, saw all that lost potential since the overworld was so fucking massive and they never took advantage of it. Could have been so much more but it was enjoyable in its own right.

Yume Nikki was pretty dumb and boring in my opinion. No sense of direction or story with the elements of the game making it not scary or weird or whatever its suppose to make it you feel. Just felt mindless.

Played the game awhile ago. It was strange and a bit clunky but that's the point I guess. However it seemed lackluster although it seems you have to play quite a bit of it in order to find the really freaky stuff.
