First off, Jashin never said "marijuana is becoming too prevalent to control", though I do agree with that statement.
If you want statistics, just look at the jails; there are tons of people going to jail because of drug abuse. the government is unable to prevent the use of illegal drugs; all the government does is throw them in taxpayer-funded jails.
I think the law is inconsistent; alcohol and tobacco are legal, but marijuana and the others aren't. Either all of them should be legal, or none of them should be legal. Legalizing all of these drugs will not infringe the rights of others, however, there is a negative effects to doing so...

No matter how much you tell a teen "don't do drugs", most teens are unable to resist the peer pressure to try a drug. Due to peer pressure, and the idea that "it's cool, everyone does it", the amount of drug usage will be far greater than if drugs were illegal.
I actually thought of the perfect solution to drugs:
legalize the right to buy, own, and use drugs, but make it illegal to re-distribute drugs in any way.
In other words, a legal store (One that's registered to pay taxes) can sell drugs, and anyone with ID (to prove he's over 18) can buy drugs from said store. It would be illegal for him to give or sell these drugs to friends, and it would be illegal to give or sell these drugs at parties or clubs; the drugs would only be for personal use.

I mostly want to know what the most popular low-cost game is, and not the new expensive games. For example; battlefield 2 costs $7, while battlefield 3 costs $50. Should I get battlefield 2? I usually watch something exclusively until a stopping point, then, I either continue to the next stopping point, switch to a different anime, or just drop the show.

the electorial college seems obsolete, and only reduces the significance of our votes.
I'm pretty sure it was originally created to prevent an idiot from being president. Back in the late 1700's, communication was limited, as well as the people's understanding of politics. They didn't have nationally televised presidential debates or anything, so the people were unable to effectively vote for someone they new about. Now that we have communication and publication, the electoral college is not needed, and should be removed

As long as the plot stays interesting and entertaining, I'd like it to last as long as possible. Most shows that are over 64 episodes are slow-paced and have fillers, so 100+ is usually bad. I wish there was a "50 episode" option, since that's my favorite length (Code geass, FMA brotherhood, clannad, etc)

It just doesn't seem right, though I don't know anyone who's done this irl. I would think jealousy and disagreements would eventually end such a relationship very easily and quickly
