I have to say as a collector, comic Hotmilk mostly interests me for a few books that are considered as collector gems: the three great jewels of Oh Great.
Those are three books that were made into the Silky Whip serie, and never published in their original state except one volume, Junk Story, in France (I think the rest was supposed to come out but the publisher was bought by another and now only put out yaoi).

But hey, Comic Hotmilk does have nice stuff.
