I kind of use an express form of yoga.
In general, I do the "O" sign with at least one of my hands, I close my eyes, I focus on emptying my mind of everything, and I only focus on sounds.
Somehow, in only a few second I calm down. It's rather hard when the cause of anger/frustration is in my vicinity though.
I don't know where it came from, I might have gotten that somewhere.
Another way is insulting everything that pisses me off, I usually do that when I'm driving, as I'm not given the occasion to relax. May cause violence against your person though.

I did hear of Homonculus, but only because a friend of mine bought the japanese version a few month before Fakku announced the release of Fakku Books (by the way, he is salty)
However I do consider the page samples as sufficient argument for presentation, most of the times.
Some authors have licensed series in the U.S. I take an unannounced Wani artist, Ei Itou, as example, since one of his manga was licensed by Seven Seas Comics. I guess it'd be worth mentioning eventually when that case happens.
