Wikipedia defines art as "a diverse range of human activities, creations, and expressions that are appealing to the senses or emotions of a human individual."
So technically yes it CAN be art. However I see no reason for it NOT to be porn since it made to be enjoyed and not so much contemplated.
While some people might disagree I have say that hentai really leans to the side of porn.
The poll does not really give enough choice, as the answers provided are too broad and only lets you choose between one or the other and no middle ground.
