Hmm the Type1 cover from bwstore seems to have been changed to have less clothing on the front side.. I prefered it how it was before :( Hope they give two options of the two variants of it.. Also they've not gone up for order yet so I guess the artists are a bit behind schedule in finalising them..

Yeah they ship internationally, just mention in the optional comments part when ordering that you want to ship international and pay by paypal. Each order you make has it's own comments thread associated with it, which is likely where they will communicate with you about the order.

Register now to be ready when it goes up for sale, as some people have some issues when registering an account at times. Typically it's because their address is too long, if you get a mysterious failure when registering, trying shortening your address to some small gibberish, then after you have successfully registered you can alter the account details to the correct address.

Yeah Yokatta isn't really reliable when speed is of the essence, but for things with no rush they're good (price wise anyway....).

I've been playing wow as a somewhat hardcore raider in a 25man guild since TBC. Did play a bit in vanilla too but only totally casually and stopped fairly soon. I'm now the raid leader of my guild so I've been extra busy with making sure everyone is adequately prepared for the new raids (which have 16 bosses.. so a lot to do). So far, I and my guildmates are really happy with MoP, everyone agrees it's generally a lot better than Cata (except perhaps for the amount of dailies they want you to do) once you get over any kungfu-panda related hangups about the concept.

Yeah number 8 is my least favourite too. At first glance (really fast glance, I can see she has breasts :p) I thought it might be a guy even, reminded me of that purple haired guy in Gundam 00, which is probably why it doesn't appeal to me ;( May look a lot better colored though, shall wait and see.

Hmm that's really interesting about the SMJ taiwanese option. I'll have to check that out.

I particularily like the Type01 one and expect I'll want to get it after seeing the finished image. The Type09 is tempting too, who wouldn't want a cute cover with some weird small cute eyeball+tentacle monster fingering a girl's ass??

Purchases wise, I ordered their tsubasa hanekawa cover which is getting a rerelease too.

Hmm, I'm not aware of any specific database for dakimakura covers that divides them by characteristics.. best bet would be an image site like danbooru that has a decent variety of dakimakura pictures.. or you can use animecharacterdatabase to find characters with characteristics you like then check if they have dakimakura or not on the blog (likely a very time consuming process).

That's the most likely reason yeah. It can happen reasonably often, as the website often doesn't get updated to reflect the in-store changes in stock due to actual people coming in and buying stuff. Sometimes an item visible on the website for months has actually been sold out long ago and just not updated to show it (which it does get when you try to order it and they cancel the order).

Haven't been able to find any proper pictures of that cover, though this blog http://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/460200/blog/27529938/ does give a pretty good idea of what most of the reverse side is like.

Regarding pillows, you're probably better off getting a 160x50 one. The A&J one has a zipper on it afaik (I don't own one myself) so you can add more stuffing easily any time you like.

SMJ stuffs arrived.. a bunch of covers I managed to snag cheap on YJA... Bonus points if you can figure out which cover the bottom-right one is! (well it has the SMJ tag visible so I guess it's quite easy to figure out :p)

For proxy services the main ones I'd recommend are shoppingmalljapan, yokatta and sutocorp. In general, Yokatta is not recommended for auctions due to the price (they are cheapest for webshop orders though), so SMJ or Sutocorp. SMJ offers more convenience (once you setup your account and put in a deposit they have an automated bidding system) while Sutocorp may work out a bit cheaper than SMJ if you aren't in the US (as you end up getting hit twice by currency conversion then with SMJ since they force you to pay them in USD and they apply a conversion rate to the original yen price the item was too).

I like Sutocorp for their customer service (though they speak broken english at times), when I had a problem they gave me a 1k discount for my next order. But you do need to contact them 24hrs before an auction ends to make a bid since they have to manually check your order and place the bid themselves, there's no automation.

As you say, mine was a pretty big box of goodies (in terms of contents, the actual box itself was fairly small, about the size of a box for a moderate sized figure usually), as it was about 2+ months worth of stuff that had been building up at the proxy.

Telecard collecting is sort of a whole other hobby in and of itself. When going around Japan there's lots of stores (or parts of stores) with cabinets dedicated to reselling them. With prices for rare/popular ones going up ridiculously high to well over 10k yen (when their original value is 500-1000yen).
