well, try to keep a regular schedule. sleeping in isnt really that helpful. same with cafeine
No promises, but I was in a regular schedule, till recently due circumstances
the most crippling downside of working in shifts.
yeah,no idea how to interpret that,

yeah, am sure looky isn't taking anything in, he lives in his own world.
I would take it, if I knew it would have immediate affects xD
I still have 7hrs till I go to work, meaning I can still take a 3hr nap later right before work and work on readjusting, in hopes that comes Friday and Saturday working the 12hrs helps reset my sleeping schedule
or, and this sounds crazy, you shift your day. If you work 11pm to 7 am you can do your shopping on your way home, and sleep from like 9am to 2 pm. or something like that
I usually do sleep from 9am till when ever I wake up.... which normally is like 4/5pm but today it was noon. So I will nap later.

I don't need energy drinks all the time, but I often enough find myself drinking one, I always have one in my work locker in case I need it xD Monster, the drink of choice after trying most of them.
noteven consider any of the advice given under the reason you dont worklike others.
Sounds like falling on deaf ears to me.
Mel 101 is one sentence: Go read an actual book, you might learn things you can use.

b) tiredness is a caffeine withdrawal symptom
when i sued drink energy drinks, i used fell tired on the day i didn't drink it, gave it up and after week i was feeling fine and also it helped with my sleep
isnt just energy drinks. Coffee too.
friend of mine got headache issues after drinking energy drinks, but that might be due to point a)
some people are more sensitive to caffeine, and that can cause headaches, it also bad for people with heart conditions
likeI said, caffeine or a lot of caffeinated drinks cause you to lose more water than you actally take in with them. the headaches he described were dehydration ones. Also they would mostly set in the day after.

you should stop with the energy drinks.
that ain't happening, especially since they don't really affect me like most other ppl
I can drink one before bed and still sleep fine and other times drinking one won't keep me awake at all, I just get more sleepy
gotta remember I work overnight hours, I don't function like "normal" people. xD
y'all need to retake Looky 101 xD
drink coffee or tea has less crap in it
your body gets used energy drink and over time has less of affect.
there would be time where i would have energy drinks but would be asleep the next minute or have a burst of energy.
all energy drinks also have a bunch of crap mixed into them
you know thats falling on deaf ears.
