The best way to combat laziness is to workout with a friend or a family member. It makes a big difference initially as you try to make a routine. Once your routine is down and you see some results, those will be all the motivation you will need.

If you are serious about losing weight, you have to exercise and eat smart. Give up juice and soda. Give up fast food. Give up sweets. Limit bread/rice consumption. Eat your veggies.

For exercise, whatever you decide to do, try to keep your heart rate up. That means make most of your workouts high intensity. Limit rest periods to 30 seconds.

It's important to be patient. Hard work does pay off.

I've been burned too many times by this franchise in the last few years. I'll just wait and see while keeping my expectations as low as possible.

This has been 2, no. More like 4 years coming. Losing to the Grizzlies in the first round after being the number one seed and dominating the regular season. The next year dominating every round with a sweep and winning the first two games of the Western Conference Finals then losing 4 fucking straight to OKC. Then last year avenging the Grizzlies loss by beating them in the WCF and then total disaster against the Heat. And now, finally. FINALLY!!!!!!!!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tony Gwynn was the greatest pure hitter I've ever seen. Some of the numbers he put up are unbelievable. He was the closest player in the modern era to get close to hitting .400, and he had only one 3 strike out game in 20 YEARS!!! I was listening on the radio to some of his stats. The guy said that Gwynn hit over .400 against Madux and Smoltz in their primes! Unbelievable! Not only that, he was a great man on and off the field. Very humble and very giving. It was an honor to see him play. He will be missed.

But it seems like the Pacers' NBA Finals is against the Heat. That's the ONLY team they play well. If the Nets didn't tank to face the Heat, they could've beat the Pacers. If Toronto got the 4th seed, they would've beaten the Pacers. If Atlanta had Hortford, they would've won in 6. They just have so many flaws, but it all goes away against the Heat lol. If they win, the West will win the NBA Championship.

It kind of pisses me off that the NBA playoffs have gotten the ESPN2 treatment so far. It's one thing if two games are being played at once. That would mean both ESPN and ESPN2 have the games at the same time. But that wasn't the case. It was the NFL Draft. If ESPN loves the NFL Draft so much, they should have let TNT handle the games. They have the best NBA coverage anyway. I wanted to hear from Ernie, Kenny, Chuck and Shaq and have the NBA playoffs feel like it mattered. Not a side show to the NFL Draft, one of my top five most overrated and worthless sporting events of the year.

Sorry for the rant. I needed to get that off my chest. Also, wouldn't it be funny if Miami ends up sweeping the Nets? Let's go SPURS!!!!

They took Lin out and put Beverly in, who is a better defender. It has nothing to do with racism. Its about facts. Lin is better of course, but Beverly is a defensive specialist. That's all he can do and he's pretty good at it. He can get into people's heads, like Lillard and Westbrook.

The mistake was putting Parsins on Lillard for some stupid reason. Did the Rockets really think that piece of shit Mo Williams was gonna take the last shot? Over Aldridge, Lillard or even Batum? Thats crazy. That shot was just crazy though! Congrats to Portland.

These playoffs have had a bunch of great games, especially in the west, where every series is fun to watch.

But I know you've heard of the Donald Sterling fiasco. I heard some of it, and its bad. Really bad. And he's had some history of this. He's a weird dude (he has a wife and a girlfriend, never mind that the girlfriend is a minority). There's not much they can do to him though. I would love for them to force him to sell the team. He can't stay as an owner in the NBA.
