Well, ... That's Complicated in my opinion. Akane does love him, or at least have feelings for him. Kuroiwa, on the other hand, can't or won't display similar feelings but goes for the master-slave setup. Well, maybe Akane can one day draw him out ... unless she gets hooked on slave mode all her life.
