Page 2 was perhaps a shout-out to a certain Super Sentai series, but one can assume that Wani didn't allow the artist to go any further, so that they don't get either a phone call or (ahem) one of those letters from Toei Studios (know-what-I-mean, know-what-I-mean). Still rather cute story overall.
