Dialogue mid-way almost turned me off completely. Ending more than made up for it ... APPROVED!

Only real reason I'd check out a sequel is to see "El Presidente" and his partner-in-crime from the library committee have the following moment (according to Ah-nuld):
"IT'S PAYBACK TIME!"
