Veronika Decides to Die 7/10
The only reason I even watched this is because I think Sarah Michelle Gellar is a hottie, but that doesn't mean this is necessarily a bad movie. It's the story of a girl who tries to commit suicide because her life hasn't turned out the way she wanted and her subsequent stay in a mental facility where she is told she only has a short time left to live. It's...I guess sort of a love story, lots of symbolism and imagery, and it has a quaint feeling to it. Endearing, if I had to pick a word, not exactly spectacular, but quite a few great scenes that I enjoyed.

Just tried the playable demo of this, and it seems to play almost exactly like its predecessor. Well, maybe a bit more difficult. Beating that guy with the sword in the club was quite a task, at least until I figured out they gave you weapons to start with. ...Was throwing barstools at him, he seemed unimpressed. Either way, should be fun.

Ok, I just finished the playable demo of this, and I gotta say I'm impressed. At first, the idea of a game that was pretty much just timed button pushes was a bit of a turn-off, but it's not like that's what this is really about. The atmosphere sorta draws you in to this dark world, and you really want to know what happens next. Oddly enough, button pushing can get pretty intense when you're fighting for your life; actually quite fun after a while. I wasn't going to get this at first, but now I just may. ...By the way, since when does the FBI have such fancy equipment? That guy is like an MIB or something.

If you think it's bad the first time, have fun on the new game+ -_- man, going through all that again just to get access to all the quest is painful. Still, not as painful as trying to raise your Guild Rank. So far I've been grinding 'best served cold' the only mission where you can just walk straight to a boss without opening locked doors, or pushing fucking levers all over the place. I've done it so often I'm sick to my stomach...anyone know of a better mission to grind for points? Oh and tsujoi, I added you a while ago...at least I think I did, never says you're online. Don't really blame you.

I think you get a better story with Silent Hill, whereas RE focuses more on action; that said, I prefer the former, since I enjoy the attempt at creating a spooky atmosphere, something I never really seem to get from RE.

When I read the first line of that summary I thought it was a joke at first. I do love Jonny in this role, he does it well, and it's pretty clear that he loves that character, buuut I was also under the impression that we were done with this. I'm not saying that it will necessarily be bad, but it's hard to get a positive feeling for it.

I know my immediate family members, but beyond that it get's a bit tricky. I'm not completely sure what the name of one of my uncles is, but I do know the name of one of my cousins. But I think I have more cousins, and I don't know the exact number, where they are or what they are called. I have been reassured several times that I've met these people on different occasions, but I neither remember or care. I think I have an aunt. I'm skeptical.
