The card is cheaper, currently $55. The book is currently $135(holy hell, mine was $110 ~8 months ago).

If you take the slow option, it can take several months for the card/book to get to you. HOWEVER, there is often a expedit option, but it'll add - I believe - ~$10. But, it should arrive within a week.

I was getting MP3s of the opening and ending songs when I ran across a few done by GDM. From there I obtained all of their songs as fast as I could.

Indeed they are a great band, and I'll call them nothing less than a band- from an anime or no. Really high quality work.
