Kunka's pretty damn good in a lane. If you have a friend you can play with, try playing a Kunka Disruptor lane. That combination is BULLSHIT, and is so much fun to play. A friend of mine and I play that combo whenever we want to win our lane without any trouble from anyone, lol.
I jump towards visual novels with a completionist attitude, partially because I want to savor the feeling of immersion that overtakes you as you get drawn in to an amazing story, but mostly because I know my attention span and if I stray from one game, I'm not likely to come back to it for a very long time.

Noob question do I post my steam id or my profile name???? Characters I know how to play.
Drow
Lina
Windrunner
Nature's prophet
And still learning how to play rubick
Your Steam ID should be visible at the top right of your steam window. Also, I haven't played Drow, Windrunner, or Lina because they're not my style, but I play a pretty damn good NP and I absolutely love Rubick. He's my favorite champ to play, bar none. I also enjoy playing Invoker, (QWvoker, Exortvoker can go to hell) Skeleton King, Chaos Knight, and Faceless Void.
Glory to the era of Kaimax the Green-Haired, may his orange shades forever protect him from the beams of the angry sun, and his anonymous pink haired bitches stay young and sexy forever.
I think it's better for all parties involved if I don't bring out my Bicycle Fairy costume again. It was sealed away after... last time.
Kinda forgot the thread was literally about "Dota vs LoL". I'm so used to seeing pointless arguments about this that I've developed the habit of squashing them whenever they show up.
Carry on, mentlegen.
Having played both games, I firmly disagree. League isn't easy in high level play, but it's easier than Dota. Easier by far. Counterpicking isn't unique to League, it's just a bigger deal because the laning phase lasts longer and is more predictable.

League to me feels like an updated version of that old idea to be less complicated, easier to pick up, but in no way simpler at high levels of play. Woah there boys, put away the rulers and zip it up. The simple truth of the matter is that the only people who think League and Dota can't coexist are awful at one and only decent at the other. Anyone with a fair amount of skill can enjoy both games seeing as they were both created for DIFFERENT PURPOSES.
League of Legends was created to try to bridge the gap between the high skillcap + steep learning curve of Defense of the Ancients and the majority of online gamers who never tried or never got a chance to play DotA due to how closed minded its community was about new players. It was DESIGNED to be an easier game so as to attract new players to the genre, because HoN, for example, was also failing at getting new players interested in the genre due to more or less the same problem: a community of stuck up dickwads who were too busy inflating their e-peens to allow new players to learn a game in "their" game.
Dota2, meanwhile, was created to revive the high skillcap gameplay of DotA, but provide it with a much needed matchmaking system, along with automatic updates, central lobbies, and a team dedicated to maintaining the high quality that veteran DotA players and people relatively new to the genre a la League of Legends have come to deserve and expect.
The fact is, Dota2 wouldn't be as successful as it is now if League hadn't come around and introduced scores of new players to the MOBA genre, and League of Legends wouldn't exist in the first place had DotA not come before it. Both games are made by former developers of DotA. League has Guinsoo, and Dota2 has IceFrog. Guinsoo's with Riot, IceFrog is with Valve. Both got their roots in DotA, and both decided to approach its revival in different ways.
tl;dr Stop fighting over which game is better because DotA needed to exist for League to be made, and League needed to exist for Dota2 to be successful.

Dota2 has been in beta for a while now. It's still invite only, but the game is very polished despite being in beta.
Didn't play Dota, played League since it was out, so between the two, I'd have to say League. But I've played Dota2 for a few months, and if I this were a thread about Dota2 vs League, Dota2 would win every vote in every category from me, lol
As much as I love all things Fate Stay Night, this game won't have any more success making me buy a PSP than the Ocarina of Time remake had in trying to make me want a 3DS. The game looks like an interesting concept, though.

I just got to a certain part in the game and i really really feel like puching takeru for some reason...Spoiler:
Actually, that was one of the rare parts I truly sympathize with Takeru, and especially the events after that. To be honest I think I would've gone mad if I had to go through what he experienced when he -
Spoiler:
I just went further to the story and I am more sad and depressed now..
Spoiler:
The twists like this are part of what make Alternative such a painful yet thoroughly enjoyable and unforgettable experience. So yeah, get used to it LOL
You basically just reached the point in the story where it stops being a happy-go-lucky Military Academy light drama sitcom, and starts becoming heavy Military drama with light comedy just to keep you from breaking apart.

And no, it does not take place after Alternative, it takes place before it, in late 2000 to mid-2001.The Wikipedia article on Muv-Luv seems to state that the official title of the light novels is "Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse", and that it takes place after the events of Alternative. I haven't read much of Total Eclipse myself, so I don't know if it actually clarifies the time frame of the events sometime during the story.
Yi's not OP, lol. Poor Yi can't even be considered balanced. He needs some more utility to even be a credit to the team. I miss the days when he was useful.
Total Eclipse takes place in the same world as and several years (possibly decades) after the events of Alternative, yes.
Fuck yes, Total Eclipse. It's not going to have any/many familiar faces, but that doesn't matter. What matters is seeing humanity's struggle against the BETA continued. I love you so much, MuvLuv. So very much.

This. Absolutely this in every way, lol. That game was memorable as a whole in ways that no visual novel can compare to for me. Even the opening movie and title screen are badass.
I don't think you understand what a bug is, GoodDay. Bugs are things like, glitchy pathing when cloaked or when issuing commands to a minion. Bugs are not things that Riot has intentionally caused. A bug is a malfunction or irregularity. If Riot designed him to have those problems, those are just him functioning as intended. Also, Rumble's skills, except his ult, grant additional benefits while over 50% heat. A good Rumble player micromanages his heat at all times to ensure optimal slow/damage when he needs them--it's not as simple as "press every button every time it's up because I'm CD based" because if he does that, he overheats, and becomes extremely vulnerable as it silences him for a fairly long time.
Unique resource systems turn into unique champs. Just look at Rumble--he's arguably one of if not THE most unique champ in League of Legends, and his resource is unique to him and, to my knowledge, was invented by Riot instead of just using familiar mechanics like mana and fury. There's no need to start criticizing people and comparing them to underage family members based on their comments. This is the video games board, not incoherent babbling, lol.
Also, I think you're missing the point of his post. What you typed gives off the impression that you're responding to someone's claim that supports and carries can't be counter picked, but he expressly stated that he believes all lanes are counterpickable. Additionally, you started commenting on Shaco's skillset and utility compared to other junglers, when Thousand Suns was remarking on how Shaco suffers from several bugs related to his skillset that Riot has yet to fix--and having poor late game scaling and kill dependency aren't bugs. They could be considered design choices.
