This censorship. To be frank it's not even satisfying the gore itch anymore so much as seeing black screens ruining plot relevant or fight-scenes, good job Funimation. I'm going to watch the raw and hope it's better.EDIT: Nope no dice.
Apparently, every broadcasting station has this anime censored, even the ones that sometimes broadcast uncensored gore. I haven't watch it yet, but probably I shouldn't have high expectation for this episode if I want to see lots of blood.
